I’ve ordered here from uber eats a few times now and every single time without fail they will either completely change the order, not include any straws or sauces, or even “cancel” items just to not modify the order or notify me until the driver hands me the food.

Ordered through Just eat when it arrived we were disgusted to find one of the buns was moldy on a big tasty, It ruined dinner for all of us and a side note usually something is missing from an order, It's the worst MacDonalds I've ever experienced

All 10 of my mates had a horrible experience.As we came in we were accused of doing bad things with another group of children. We went apart of the part of children we were another group of children coming from the other direction after we told her that we won a part of the group the woman still didnid1878 t let us in. After a while when the woman had moved away we went in. The woman had been rude and horrible tobus and very offensive. She had Accused us. And after a while we had ordered some food we got rejected for ordering food. Even though my mate went up after and got ordered food fine. A few minutes after we all sat down we weren't causing trouble and we was eating food. And after a few minutes the woman had called the police And told them we were being abusive to the staff which We Wasn't. We got kicked out even though our food that we had paid for was still in there she Refused to give it US . We were walking home outside, And a man had started to shout at us and use rude language the McDonald's staff didn't do anything about this. After a while this man Was still shouting. One of my friends said to the woman in the car is please stay out of this and she will drove up to us through a drinker us and threw a hard bottle of us which hit 1 of my friends off fit head. And the McDonald's staff still didn't do anything about that. And we were still On McDonald's property The woman got out a carAnd pushed my mate into a hard window which cut her arm openAfter this the McDonald staff only cared if someone had their feet on the chair they will disin their didn't care how my mate got pushed into the McDonald's windowThe police turned up and asked for CCTV which we also did and refused which is illegal.

I placed an order in drive through, when I got home an caramel pie was missing even though it was paid for. Tried uploading receipt on help appp.It kept saying take a clearer picture. Why!!!Your staff should be checking orders properly and not rush.McDonalds garretts green

Dont bother eating from this restaurant waste of space my big mac came with no burger all I requested was that they didn't put any sauce or cheese an this is how it came they are taking the piss

Ordered bqq quarter pounder, three pickles inside. Ordered fries with three garlic mayo sauce and pay for them, they been missing. Fires were cold, no salt no tissue in bag. Food prepared like for pigs. Not coming again

Although I typically choose the Stechford branch for its better food quality, I found myself at Kitts Green recently due to time constraints. My order, consisting of a fish fillet meal and a double cheeseburger meal, left much to be desired as both chip portions were burnt, rock hard, and cold. Unfortunately, it was too late for me to go back and complain, and to make matters worse, I did not receive my receipt, making it challenging to address the issue formally.

Lovely hot food. Great service! Especially from the gentleman who was keeping the eating area clean and tidy. His name was Javid .. I think. He came over and made sure the table I sat at was nice and clean whilst I waited for my partner to collect the food. Also at the end of our meals he came and got rid of our rubbish. Very pleasant gentleman indeed.
