First visit today to Caffè Monza. We were asked to take a seat when we went to order at the counter which we did. Sat for about 15 mins and asked a young waitress if we could order food as noone had taken it. She said to order at the till. So that was a bit frustrating. HOWEVER the coffee and amazing Panini's made up for that little blip. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family. Coffees ☕️ much better than any of the big chain shops

Honestly a really good coffe: as I keep it mention I like black with not sugar. From a coffee shop for me it is the test and Caffe Monza delivered it !!The familiar atmosphere, the attentive and prompt staff just worth my full score.

Got a choc muffin-it was the almost the size of a small birthday cake lol!Biggest muffin I've ever seen and was only £2.25!Was soft but for my taste buds was about a 6,there was a strong vanilla taste to it but not a pleasant one.I will be back to try more cakes though in future as there is a huge selection

We have been coming here for a number of years but the customer experience today has ruined my view. The cheese & tomato toastie I ordered was soggy & had little to no cheese or tomato inside despite it costing £5 - it mainly had pre grilled cheese on top of the outside to make it look nice.Secondly I was told a group of 3 wasn't allowed to sit in one of the booths and is more reserved for 4-6 people even though there were no other tables available (despite when asking another member of staff they said it was perfectly ok to do). I felt this was unfair treatment seeing there was 1 person sitting on their own in the other booth next to us.When our food/drinks arrived, part of the order didn't come with the hot chocolate despite asking for it when I ordered. When I asked the member of staff about it they brought the receipt over to prove I didn't order when I specifically asked for it (who orders a hot chocolate without marshmallows). This isn't the first time they have fluffed our orders, it has happened in the past and they always use the order receipt as proof to say it wasn't asked for.We travel into Glasgow specifically to go to Monza instead of the usual coffee shops and sometimes things can just be ignored but not when it frequently happens. Sad to say we won't be coming here again.

Even though the cafe can get busy especially at weekends the staff are always lovely and attentive to the customers. Lovely coffee and a nice choice of food! Always served with a smile!

Had a nice cappuccino here. The place is set up really nice and seats by the window are lovely. I really enjoyed the music here and was able to get some work done on my computer without being bothered. The staff didn’t seem rude or anything, but not too friendly either. Would still come here again. P.S. SOY and Almond vegan milks are not free (all non-dairy milks are 50p)

Visited today and felt the guy taking our order was quite abrupt. More interested in getting a table number! Order was short although did think it was cheap for what we ordered. Went back up and he was adamant we hadn't ordered the 2 items missing. No apology or nicety. Last time I was in soup was cold and order wrong. The young boys and girls serving the actual food not to blame, but wont be back in especially guy today so abrupt and unfriendly, not acceotabke

Service was great but food wasn’t. The icing on top of the gluten free banana cake was possibly one of the worst things I’ve tasted. I’m unsure if something was sprinkled on top of the icing to give it that taste, utterly disgusting.I’d love to give this place a great review but the cake was surprisingly repulsive.

We have been regulars for a while but won't be back after the service today. We were told out group of 3 couldn't sit in a booth because its only dor groups of 4 even though they're were no other tables. Another member of staff said it was okay so we stayed. We also ordered two cheese and tomato toasties which were a complete waste of money. They were so soggy and only one slice of tomato on half the toastie.Won't be back again.
