I would like to thank Lee and his team at the Havant Branch of Cubitt & West for their efforts in getting us on the move. We started our house sale journey initially with another local Agent but it became apparent quiet early on that there wasn’t much action being taken to get buyers to come and look at our home and as a result dashed our hopes in getting moved in the time that we wanted. We employed Cubitt & West after inviting Lee round to discuss what he and his team could do to get us sold and it was clear that there was a plan in place.Within a week we had some viewings which led to us chatting through what the feedback was being given, this alone kept us more informed than we had before which kept us engaged and keen to follow the advice Lee was giving on how to get a buyer.After a few more viewings over the next few weeks, we had received a couple of offers which did lead to us agreeing a sale.What took a few months for us to get nowhere with the previous agent only took a few weeks for Cubitt & West to get us under offer! Lee and his team were great. They found viewers during a difficult time to sell a property. The portal made it easy to keep up to date. We found all the office staff helpful if we needed to call. The only disappointment was the sales progressor who rarely spoke with us unless we initiated it by calling her.

I purchased a house through the Havant branch and a year on I am so happy in my new home. The staff at the Havant branch were so helpful during the process and I really appreciated the 'start to finish' service they provide. Heather was so efficient keeping me updated about the chain and calmly dealt with a number of issues that the survey showed up. Heather found and booked trades people on my behalf to quote for works and mediated with the seller so that I was comfortable to proceed and complete on the property I love!

I must say, we had a not so great experience with another company when we first bought our home back in 2018 so we did have our walls up when we first started talking to the team about selling our property. I'm glad to say that we had a completely different experience this time round all thanks to everyone involved at the Havant branch including Lauren, Elliot and Heather.
