Mirror Image Fitted Furniture

Just had our bedroom wardrobe system fitted, there were a few small problems ,which were overcome, but on arriving home from work i noticed upon opening doors, that the design plan had not been adhered to. We were missing shelves at the top and the hanging rails had been fitted too high, where the shelves should have been. After a couple of calls , a decision to attempt to make the wardrobe internals correct to the plan, was hatched. The fitters turned up at about 4pm the day after the wardrobe system was fitted, and put the mistakes right, for which we are very grateful.We are very pleased that we now have the wardrobe system we wanted.We did have a couple of issues,but, and it is a big but, Mirror Image, have given us what we asked for, for a reasonable price.Thanks to all concerned.

I was recommended Mirror Image by a friend who has the same house design that I have.I thought her wardrobes were wonderful and now I have them too!!Vicky designed the wardrobes based on what clothes I have, and I am thrilled with them. I have mirrored sliding doors which run so smoothly. The two end doors are soft close along with the drawers. They are in Simona Oak. I have 4 doors and it’s very clever how they slide behind each other.They have made such a difference to my life. I now know where everything is. I wish I’d known about Mirror Image years ago but never mind........Jonny was my fitter and he was so nice and kind. The attention to detail was second to none and he was so good in fitting the hanging rails at the right height for me.it’s not surprising Mirror Image receive such good reviews. Everyone I came across was so nice and it was great to support a local company.So a big Thank You to all at Mirror Image!!

Absolutely excellent work done by Johnny, and Callam . The 3rd fitted wardrobes i have had done by this company would not go any where else. Vicky's plans came together perfectly! Very profressional fitters. Clean and tidy and really nice guys who work to perfection. Nice to see Adam again when he popped in to give a hand. Cullum and Adam demonstrated an exceptional level of craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the installation process. They were prompt, courteous, and their expertise was evident in every aspect of their work. The wardrobe fits perfectly and complements the space beautifully.

From going to the showroom to final installation all staff were great. We had already ordered wardrobes for one room when we decided to order for the second bedroom, they managed to fit us in so that they were both installed over two consecutive days. So pleased with the wardrobes and recommended you to family who are now awaiting their installation for two bedrooms. Thank you.

100% recommendationThis company is a rare find these days. We're pleased to say it has been a great service from start to finish for us. We now have a beautiful fitted study that looks amazing and which gets so many compliments from family and friends.Where to start?1) Liaison with the main office was easy and direct for us. Its evident that everyone in the company talks to each other when needed. Eg. When we started to narrow down decisions about aspects of the final design we had chosen.2) Reasonable quotes for various configurations were given to us from the start, with price per M/Sq transparently explained. These quotes seemed incredibly fair compared to other companies providing a comparible product. There was no pressure sales or haggling encouraged, either way.This was refreshing and built our trust in the company from the start.3) Patience and support were offered to us during planning and with our ideas. We were given several drawing options that must have taken time. Vicky was amazing, doing quick freehand sketches to check she has understood our ideas as we talked, in addition to the more detailed drawings that came later.4) We asked for a few adaptions compared to the company's standard design in their brochure protruding plinths for example. They had a real 'can do' attitude to our suggestions with the finished result just as we wanted.5) All staff were really helpful when we needed them.Sarah, in the office for example went out of her way to source cupboard handles that we were particularly after.6) The fitters were really friendly, professional and very reliable. Aaron and his team certainly know their trade. He did a beautiful job 'cutting in' to quite intricate coving, as one example.7) We are really pleased with the finished product. It is a lovely standard; both feel and look and the fitted finish on our study is amazing!An amazing company and service and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.Thank you all so much

Mirror Image made and fitted wardrobes and cupboards in our cottage.They did an excellent job, especially considering the irregular sizes of the walls and floors.They made cupboards for our lounge which went across a corner for the TV to stand on - something another well known wardrobe supplier said was not possible.Mirror Image allowed us to optimise every bit of storage possible.The fitters, designer, office staff and the aftercare have been excellent.

Just had two bedrooms fitted out by Mirror Image. From the very start when Vicky came to do the initial measurement to when Jason and his colleague turned up to fit them over the last 3 days the service has been seamless and excellent.The guys turned up for the fitting each day on time and just got on with their work, if it wasn't for the odd sound of a saw going we wouldn't have know they were here. At the end of each day they cleaned up and left the rooms as they found them. During the fitting stage we were consulted by Jason if he had to make even the slightest deviation from the plans. The product is excellent and all in all we are extremely happy customers.I unreservedly recommend Mirror Image to anyone looking for a quality product from a company where the customer still counts and gets listened too and where they do what they say and what they promise.
