Revive! East Anglia

I had the wheels on my Porsche Taycan done after kerbing them. They did a fantastic job, but what made the difference was Gemma who dealt with us superbly from start to finish. I am not an easy customer and she gave me complete confidence from start to finish, you would genuinely think it was her own business.

I was booked in for a paintwork repair during December which was confirmed by the technician on the morning before. I received a call from Revive a couple of hours later cancelling, which was fine although no explanation was given.I then rearranged for Friday 7th December for a technician to visit me at home to carry out the repair. However nobody ever showed up and no contact was made by anyone at Revive explaining why they never turned up. They had my mobile number as I had received a call from them before confirming and cancelling the repair in December. No explanation or contact was made by Revive until I contacted them the following week and left a voicemail. They did call me back leaving a voicemail briefly saying they understand the repair wasn’t carried out and they are sorry for this but again no explanation of what happened. I am left wondering what the point is of trying to set up a repair for a 3rd time when they have been so unreliable so far. Cheaper quotes elsewhere and more reliable so wouldn’t recommend.Disappointing experience as they came highly recommended from a trusted source. Maybe I got unlucky or maybe my business wasn’t important enough for them. Will tell people to steer clear of them!

So far so good.The cosmetic work carried out looks good (2 days old). I really like the lifetime guarantee which obviously would not be issued if there wasn’t extreme confidence in the output.The lady I dealt with in Cambridge was very nice. The one minor frustration was trying to call the office as it was often difficult to get through. I assume because there appeared to be one person in the office.When I collected the car there were a couple of minor things I spotted. A technician came out and tended to them straight away and was extremely genuine and professional.I have already recommended them to a friend

Fantastic customer service and the repair is perfect. I used the collection and delivery service, my car was collected and I had the use of a nice courtesy car whilst my car was being repaired. I have used the services of Revive on two occasions now and won’t go anywhere else.

After being messed around for over a month by another garage, I found revive online and put in for a quote to repair damage to my bumper. They got back to me very fast, for a cheaper price that the one I was going to, and the could fit me in the next day! Was really happy with both the work and service, and would highly recommend them.

Took my car to them as the paintwork was looking a little tired, Revive! Cambridge went above and beyond to look after me, from first contact to follow up message to make sure I was happy with their work, they were attentive and thorough.I now have dent free paintwork and it's like a new car. I was given a brand new courtesy car while they did the work making the whole thing a great experience.

I had minor bumper damage and the team have restored it to looking completely flawless! Gemma at the desk is very welcoming and professional. I enjoyed the service throughout using them!

They did superb work restoring the bonnet on my car - it looks new. Moreover, they then rang me to say it would actually be cheaper than what they'd quoted me (and they'd taken onboard the fact that I have an old car and didn't want to spend a fortune, so the quote was already quite acceptable). Recommend highly.

Awful service, gave them a body panel to repair (22nd May), went in to collect it the next week (29th May) to find only the dent had been fixed and none of the scratches or polishing was done.They emailed me on Monday (screenshot attached) saying it would be fixed and after waiting a few days I tried calling them and no one answered the phone, so I wrote a negative review on here. That got their attention - they then emailed me apologising, saying it would be fixed the next day (screenshot attached).So I went in to collect it again and was initially pleased with the results, until I noticed one of the scratches hadn't been touched, and had bits of dried white polish stuck in it. So they spent about 5 minutes taking it back into the workshop to put a quick dab of touch up paint on it which looked terrible (photo attached), while acting like I was being a nuisance for asking them to finish the job properly.Very frustrating experience and won't be using again, staff were really flippant and rude.Edit: they've replied stating this is 'factually incorrect' yet haven't disputed any specific facts, so I've attached their emails as proof. The fact their reply makes no attempt to apologise or take responsibility for any of this just highlights how poor their customer service is.

Nathan and his team were a delight to interact with. The damage to my car has been completely erased and the result is amazing. All at a reasonable price and done incredibly quickly. I will be using them again.
