From the start of our tenancy we have found Homes & Co to be highly efficient, organised and basically providing excellent value for money in renting a flat. They ensured the flat was thoroughly cleaned and decorated before we moved in. Gas, boiler and appliance checks are made regularly. Whenever anything has needed mending or looking at, Michelle has been wonderful and swift in replying to emails and organising a visit from a plumber for example, or providing good advice when needed.We have rented our flat with Homes & Co for over three years now, and it has been the best experience, by far, that we have had with letting agents (and we have rented several places in the past, and with varying experiences, unfortunately including some fairly bad ones!).We highly recommend Homes & Co, and thank Sean and Michelle and their team.

Homes & Co have been fantastic from day one. I first spoke with Michelle over the phone who answered all my questions and arranged a flat viewing for me with Sean. Soon after I then met Sean who not only showed me the flat I requested to see but also another that was also available nearby so I could compare. I expressed interest in the flat and Sean got things going very quickly and kept me informed. The application process was made very easy by Michelle and this was completed with minimal effort required on my part. Any problems in the flat have been sorted by Homes & Co quickly and efficiently. They handle all communication with the landlord and arrange all plumber/contractor call outs where appropriate. During the flat inspections the agent who visits is very helpful with a variety of things including reminding me what rights I have as a tenant in case there was a problem with my landlord (which I have not needed to exercise). From selecting tenants to arranging works at the property he has looked after everything while keeping me fully informed. Professional service, prompt responses and a pleasure to deal with! I rented off Homes and Co for almost 5 years. Whenever I had a query, Michelle responded promptly, almost within the hour and resolved all my queries. Sean & Lisa were equally prompt and efficient and went beyond the call of duty to help out. No issue was too big or too small. I've rented off many agencies in London in my 10 years and I would have to say that these agents are the fairest and best in service. I would highly recommend.

Most definitely the best estate agents I've ever had in London!Having rented in London for 7 years and moved around about 7 times - Homes & Co are definitely the most professional, diligent and caring agents we've used. The team were always at hand to answer any queries, fix any problems and respond in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for better property managers and as a tenant, they treated us so well! I only wish more estate agents were more like Sean and Michelle! Queries and issues were always addressed quickly, and any broken appliances timely replaced. The property was inspected regularly and safety checks were carried out. We have rented through Homes and Co for about 18 months and they've been great. We got our flat incredibly quickly with no problems, and they are always quick to resolve any issues and have things fixed/replaced quickly. We also signed for another two years with them and they certainly don't charge through the nose! Would definitely recommend!
