Excellent service, very professional and replaced doubled glassed pane from measurement to fitting, couple of hours. We would definitely use again and highly recommend them.

Have used this company on two occasions to repair broken sash cords on my windows. Ron and Sam are always very helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. One phone call and they see to everything else. This is an honest company that does a decent job at a very fair price. Very good customer ethos and they always deliver on their promises.

These guys were professional, courteous, fast and friendly. Replaced three panes of glass in a grade II* listed flat with some very old and difficult window hardware and cleaned up the frames in the process. Reasonable price and the quote was realistic, unlike a nearby competitor. Highly recommended.

These guys were fantastic. I had to get my double glazed glass replaced because of a crack. I called them up for a quote, they sent guys over to have a look a few days later... I wait a few days later and I get call from them saying that the glass is ready and asked when I would like the glass fitted. Very quick and efficient service and they were done very quickly once they were in my house.Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs glass work in their home!

Had a visit from Islington Glass today, to replace a cracked large sash cord window pane in the Kitchen. And I must say, what a pleasant experience. The Guy (male) had the sash window off in five minutes, took it out into the front yard to fit the glass and re-putty, and forty minutes later was back to install it, which took less than ten. He even cleaned the window for me, as when it is new, you have to leave it for about a month for the putty to harden. Cleaned up inside, did not leave a fragment of mess outside.This is what you call professional and somebody that cares about their work. I won't tell you the price as I see no reason to aid their competitors, but it was inline with other prices I had received.So if I am unfortunate enough to break another window, I know where to go.

Had a piece cut to size inside of 15 minutes. I ordered the wrong size and they reduced it by 25mm to the correct size within about 5 minutes of me bringing it back to buy a new one. Saved me a few quid and didn’t charge me for the recut. Will be coming back.

Incredibly helpful and quick to respond.Admittedly I didn’t end up cutting the glass mirror i planned to because the turn around time was impossibly short. But this was the only vendor in London who didn’t hang up on me for the request I was making. I truly appreciated the customer service, friendliness, and efforts to make the impossible happen.
