Pretty good at getting things done, although I think they would benefit from a couple more staff.Fought our corner on an insurance claim which was originally rejected and was eventually paid. That in itself deserves some recognition, most others wouldn't bother in my experience.

I would not recommend this factor . I have been waiting for insurance claim few years sent many emails & calls they first said not to claim " then ask for evidence of the leakage from the above flat after i sent proof of evidence then they ignored my claim. Also i found out they cheat when building require cctv installation this factors had a personal cheap deal with the cctv company & charge us more than actual price they paid to the company. Also after cctv installed the building all the flat owners keeps paying garden rubbish removal which is strange not a single occasion factors investigated what is point put cctv in the buildings . Everything looking suspicious"

A truly dreadful factor. There has been an incredible lack of transparency and basic communication the moment anything beyond the most routine of repairs is involved. We've just been informed of a compulsory fee for a tech update. On closer inspection, the CEO of Otagotech is also the Service Delivery Director of 91Bc... Good grief...

Had them as factors at a rental property for a few years, never had cause to call until this weekend with an emergency. The guy who answered the phone sorted the problem and had a plumber on site on Saturday. Happy with that. Not best pleased that there web service is now a subscription but it's a good application so to be expected I suppose. Still cheaper and more available than the predecessor. 4/5.

If I could give no stars I would! I'm sick to my back teeth of this company. I've had nothing but issues, which i normally need to resolve myself. It took almost a year and half to get a leak fixed in my ceiling due to the apartment above. I'm still getting calls from the insurers 2 years on! Management fee? what are they managing? i've just had a invoice for £197.00 (this is the 1 share of 6), a month before Christmas for 6 months worth of electricity bills. why have they gathered the bills and why has there not been a review on the electricity provider?Last month they charged £30 for a portal license, why should i as a customer pay for this? if 91bc want to invest in the It to make it a better customer journey/experience then they should be paying the fee themselves.Honestly avoid at all costs! you can see from my other google reviews i don't complain but i don't want anyone else to fall into this trap.

Conned us into their clutches with super low fees & a few months later DOUBLED them, with no consultation & claim a Tech update is the reason. Bullcrap. If you're a company planning something big and expensive like that, you've quite likely known it was in the offing for at least a year. And as we are customers you ASK our permission and tell us HOW MUCH its costing & what benefits it brings to us. I'm being ignored for asking

Poor factor, terrible communication. Factor has recently charged every customer a license fee for a 'tech' company, owned by the directors of 91bc. No consultation was carried out. I emailed them a list of questions, received a generic response. I followed up with a phone call and a written response was promised by 91bc and was never sent. Seems like a nice way to take c£1m out of their customers pockets and into their own...
