London City Bus Tours

Was good, didn't have to wait too long. Commentary was OK. Had to change a few times to a new bus, be nice if they provided towels to dry very wet seats with.

Wonderful experience!The staff is super friendly and so helpful!The routes are great for tourists to see the landmarks in most exciting and relaxing way.Tried it first time in 2019 when moved to London, and have loved it ever since!Had my family and friends try it each time they visited.Strongly recommend it⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked the night bus tour for our daughter's 18th Birthday. The customer service beforehand was excellent. On the night they let us on first as I explained our daughter needed to be out of the crowds. They were very accommodating and we really appreciated that. The commentary on the bus was interesting and humorous at times. The driver was excellent when navigating the streets, especially due to how busy it was and last minute diversions due to congestions from protests etc. A very enjoyable experience. Even my husband said it was the highlight of the weekend (and he hates buses!!).

Went to London with some overseas friends. I advised that we do bus tour to decide where they wanted to visit.Simple map, not complicated, easy to follow whilst passing all the main tourist spots.Absolutely delighted with the friendly and helpful drivers and staff at the various stops.Worth every penny.

Took the vintage bus Christmas lights tour last night from Victoria bus station, sadly the weather wasn't on our side and it rained for about 30 mins of the tour but we thoroughly enjoyed it, being on this fantastic bus from our childhood and the fact its open top meant we were so close to the lights it was amazing. The commentary was really good but we did need a speaker at the front of the bus as at times it was a little quiet. Mike and Steve did a grand job making sure we saw everything and were so helpful. Now here are the facts, it's an open top bus, you are in England and sometimes it rains so don't moan just wear something appropriate and have a fantastic time on a bit of old London heritage while enjoying the beauty of Londons Christmas lights.

fantastic tour guide - can’t remember their name but they were incredible (factual and funny,, a great combo) - took 2 hours to go all the way round but it felt like no time - would do again!!

Drivers are friendly and the app makes it easy to locate bus stops and see wait times. Unlike other companies your pass is good for 24hrs. Note: some routes do NOT follow the stops in numerical order, the driver told me this and he said he doesn't even know why.
