Dale House Dental Practice

To say I am terrified of the Dentist is an understatement but this practice came highly recommended for their caring attitude. I find the reception staff exceptionally friendly, also very accommodating, having recently squeezed me in for an emergency appointment. Dr Talibi is both professional and caring, offering options and advice, I have utmost faith in her. I would give 10/10 for everything about Dale House and would thoroughly recommend!

Joined recently thanks to recommendation from my wife.I had substantial work done and can say without any hesitation the staff there are so nice and professional especially Dr Talibi my dentist for her patience and expertise.Highly recommended.

Ive been going to Dale House for 25+ years and always been happy with my dental treatment, but for the last 6 months or so, everything has improved greatly. I have a new dentist who is really lovely - the treatment given has been spot on. There seems to be more staff than before, who are all very friendly and professional. The systems have been updated, which is great from a clients point of view - I really appreciate the reminders. So, more than happy with everything at Dale House Dental Practice. Thank you.

My recent appointment @ the dental practice was as pleasant as it usually is. Whether it's for just a check up or other work that needs doing, I find all the staff, the dentist himself and also his assistant very efficient, and they always make me feel at ease.

Been at this dentist since I was a child. Excellent reception staff, excellent service and a professional and friendly dentist team. Formerly used Dr. Fletcher who has since retired but Dr. Talibi for the last 6 months and she is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Dale House Dental Practice is very well organised, they are verycaring, patience and friendly. I am a bit of a nervous patience, but I am always put at ease by my dentist and the assistant. I would highly recommend this practice and have been going there for many years

When I visited on Friday, I was made to feel comfortable by the dentist who answered any questions I had (and I had a lot!).I did have an issue which upset me quite a lot regarding some unexpected costs for an x-ray. However, the practice owner reached out to me and explained they had changed any confusing wording on the booking platform and apologised for any unintended harm. Despite my initial reaction of anger at the costs, I am convinced that it was not intentional to mislead me, rather just a misunderstanding which has been clarified.A sign of a good place is not just in what happens when things go well, but also how things are handled if something goes wrong. I am genuinely touched by the conversation with the practice owner (it wasn't just a preformulated apology, it was a real, honest and reflected conversation for both of us).I'm convinced this surgery is honest, caring and patient-focused, which is pretty much the best you can ask for from a good local dentist.

J.Mahoney is a great dentist. Very professional. And puts you at ease. I would definitely recommend him.

My six month check up today (05/12/23) at Dale House Dental Practice and as always lovely to see John my dentist, had a scale and polish. What I love about going to this dentist everyone is very friendly and I love the new mod cons, it's looking really good
