Went into the store nearly crawley town centre and I could not have faulted the team that were in there today… the lady had so much fun with my dog willow and was running and playing with her, the customer service was out of this world!!

Great store in an easy to get to location with excellent stock and very helpful staff. A special mention about Jennifer who went out of her way on her day off to visit a partner store and collect some products for us...recommended

Not for the first time I have experienced great help and knowledge when I have asked staff in Crawley branch about raising my new puppy which is a jackrussel terrier and each time I dealt with the same young lady at the counter who was fantastic I don’t know her name but she was great

I took my 3 month old Lottie for Puppy Hour in Crawley and I can honestly say this was the best way to socialize at this age. She absolutely loved going there on Saturdays and play with other puppies. Every staff member was amazing and we received the highest quality of service in the shop as well with 10% off. I would definitely recommend!

We took our 13 week old pup to the Pets Corner puppy hour and had the best time! The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, giving us training tips and helping us settle our puppy into the session!
