As a visitor I was so impressed with how nice the Potteries is. A lovely entrance with cafe for visitors and residents to feel they maybe have popped out to a lovely cafe. Such a clean and fresh smelling building, only a few years built. The staff were so friendly. Fantastic activities too. Theme events, cinema afternoon, cream teas.I would definitely recommend for a loved one to stay.

My Mother has been at the Potteries for nearly three years and was admitted during Covid. I did not have a real idea of how good the carehome was, but once I was able to visit Mum, I was very impressed. The home has come back to life after Covid, with so much to do for the residents. The activities team are fantastic. It feels like a second home for me when I visit Mum. This is due to the amazingly friendly staff and a Brilliant carehome manager- highly recommend

I visited the potteries today for the first time and I will definitely go back.I worked in the care industry for 12 years and I never came across such a beautiful looked after decor and such smiley happy staff and residents. Well done to you all ...you are doing a great job, it's how a care home should be.
