Avoid…. Lady who owns this shop is beyond rude. two different prices were quoted and, you have to pick up your own flooring. I went online and typed in the product code and got my flooring £500 cheaper. over priced and rude!!!

Went in to get a rough estimate and take some samples for lvt flooring. This experience was good, however when we telephoned to arrange a full quote, the woman (owner) was extremely rude and was expecting us to rip up the current flooring from 3 rooms before they would even visit as apparently they need to know what is underneath even though we told them it is concrete. This was also with the expectation that they would be only be able to fit in 3 months time.Obviously they are happy and busy enough to turn down £2500 worth of work and she even said we can go elsewhere. Which we will be doing.

Just had 2 carpets fitted to bedrooms. The fitters where efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Ordered the carpets without a problem paying a deposit before organising a fitting date. Will be ordering from here again.

What a dreadful experience we requested a measure for our new home and they duly obliged and came and gave prices that we were happy with on Tuesday ( today is Thursday) we were told by the fitter end of September which again we were really happy with so today I go to pay our 50% deposit and was then told it won’t be until October now because you should have paid deposit over the phone to guarantee fitting date, this was never offered or mentioned and now the female sales representative of this establishment has said I don’t want your order and go somewhere else for £1500 of flooring, after running my own business 17 years I have never had anyone say they don’t want your order and go elsewhere the gentleman who initially dealt with us Jay was 1st class and delivered exactly what he said regarding measure up dates but the experience today is nothing short of shambolic and I’m afraid it’s definitely NOT the way to run a business I don’t care if you have been in the industry 3 days or 50 years treat every customer as it could be your last because bad news certainly travels faster than good SHAMEFUL SERVICE TODAY After being recommended to you by the vendor of our new property we are disgusted by the way you dealt with us today your fitter should never give a date to customers if you cannot keep to it remember it was Tuesday afternoon you called with price and Thursday lunchtime you cannot fulfill you also tell lies lady no flooring company has ever said they wouldn’t deal with us (except you ) look at all other reviews on google and Facebook I’ve found 3 recent ones all slating you personally your fitter told my wife to her face September and you know it, we never disputed deposit but Jay definitely said something about stock item (laminate) it’s totally irrelevant now because I can see £5k of business you have TOLD to go elsewhere on your reviews none mention Jay they all mention you though one even is nasty and calls you a lookalike to something in a movie, DISGUSTING SERVICE BY YOU PERSONALLY TODAY AVOID THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY if the WOMAN has to deal with you as she needs CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING ( my staff member would be fired if they turned away business from me

Jay was very helpful and pleasant and answered all our questions. The fitter visited and solved what were some complicated problems. Fitting to take place soon and we are confident all will go well.
