I was served by a really lovely employee named Annabel- No7. She has really good customer service skills and was very kind and helped me to pick out the right shade foundation for my skin tone. She also answered all my queries and gave me really good tips on how to apply makeup!

I actually bought some stuff from boots this time rather than walking around with the wife while looking slightly lost. Generally the prices are competitive however it can be bewildering if your a dude. The staff seem helpful and the place is clean.

I received excellent service today from an exceptional member of staff called Richard. He displayed extreme patience and kindness as he sought to help me with my issues at the self service till and went out of his way to ensure that my issues were resolved.He is always very professional and helpful but I was particularly grateful to him this morning!

How does boots hire such rude employees? On the 24th of July my friend and I went to boots. When we entered the store, at the same time, I asked one of the employees if there would be any problems if I get in with the shampoo I had bought at superdrug… The super rude man started accusing me of stealing (I emphasize that I am only 14 years old and my friend 12), he saw me with the shampoo even before entering the store. Then he started to question me about several things that I didn't understood, because I'm not fluent in English… He started to get irritated because I didn't understood what he was saying, and snorted at me. After that he called the manager, a blonde woman whose name I don't remember. She answered me in a mocking tone and refused to look at the security camera circuit to check that I already had the product before entering the store. After a while she released me, without even apologizing for the confusion.

For a store in the city centre its become pretty apparent they need more self service tills and staffing to cope with queues, espeically this time of year (December).I went previously in the week and the queue for self service was huge. I walked to an area of boots tills near fragrance to pay for my items. Whilst there 2 ladies very disgruntled that I DARE take any boots item there other than fragrance. BE WARNED !! If this is the case then Boots management need clear signange to make customers aware to not pay for any goods other than fragrance.Or during peak trade like December staff it accordingly so customers can pay at these till points too, rather than getting spoken to rudely from more than 1 staff member, not on.
