Service at this location was rubbish. served by a member of staff call Mohammed (10:30am) he was not welcoming and not helpful. I ordered a toasty and chicken strips with wedges. I asked for it toasted. When it was finished, he put it back in the bag and hand it to me like, there you go, no thank you, nothing. Very rude.Thank you.

The level of English amongst employees is very bad. The worst part the canteen area filthy. Rubbish on floor. Dirty tables.I haven't tasted food.But I guess place is cheap and nasty.

Easy drink and food. Clean sitting area as they just opened a week ago. Very very close to the arrival probably the best spot if you are waiting for someone at the arrival hall. Coffee taste exactly how much it cost. Sausage roll fill the hole. Nothing to complain about really, very happy they open in South Terminal!!

Place is filthy,rubbish from previous customers left on table's,food all over the floor in seating area and the rubbish bins provided aren't adequate. Apart from that great customer service and cheap place to eat.

A welcome addition to the paucity of almost-affordable food here, but it quickly slumped. Staff numbers appear to have fallen, and those that are left are moving like sloths on mogadon. The iconic Greggs item is the steak bake; three out of the four times I have been in, the response (when I eventually got served) was Oh

It was amazing customer service from this particular Greg’s store. I would like to mention the two young lads Josh and Jayden who were friendly and provided excellent customer service. Definitely I will come again to this store!
