Levi's® Covent Garden

Staff went out their way to help me find jeans I would like. Staff also knew my size better than me! They were very patient in letting me try on many styles, even though the store was closing in 5mins. I throughly enjoyed my shopping experience and excited to wear my new well fitting Levi’s!

Brilliant customer service but over the price compared to many of the other stores around for simply jeans.

Fantastic staff, in particular Luke!I have not had any Levi’s jeans for many years so when I popped to the shop, I wasn’t sure what style I wanted or which size I was. Luke was super friendly and although I tried on about 10 pairs of jeans, he was always super accommodating and really helped by giving me some suggestions. It is hard to find this level of customer service in London these days!

I decided to buy a 501 today after almost 20 years since I had last bought a jeans from Levi’s. Luckily, I had Marcelo helping me to find the perfect one. He was absolutely great and friendly. Great customer services! I will be definitely coming back to this shop ! Thank you so much, Marcelo.

Bad customer service. We needed to do a return, and the person at the register (he was man with long hair and a beard) refused it without even looking at the receipt, saying that we bought it from an outlet and that we needed to go to an outlet store to return it. We didn’t buy that item from an outlet! He was very unhelpful! We went to another Levi’s that same day, in central London, and our return was accepted without any issues. This was clearly a lie (it’s not even mentioned on the receipt). We are regular customers at Levi’s but we will never come back to that branch!

Racist, Rude and Damaged my jeans (Thomas at Levi’s Covent Garden, London)I am writing so you will be aware and Levis too, about the service I received at this store “Levi’s Covent Garden. I visited the store on the 25th of Feb 2023 and was assisted by an employee named Thomas. Unfortunately, my experience with Thomas was extremely disappointing and left me feeling disrespected and frustrated.Firstly, Thomas made racist remarks towards me, in his words(I do not get paid enough to serve people like you! (Brown) Take your jeans and leave the store and complaint to customer service), which was completely unacceptable and offensive. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also shows a complete lack of respect for your customers.Secondly, Thomas was extremely rude and unhelpful during my visits both on the 16th Feb and 25th Feb 2023. He seemed disinterested in helping me find the product service I was looking for and was dismissive when I asked him for assistance. I felt like I was inconveniencing him by being in the store.Lastly, Thomas carelessly handled my jeans, which damaged them. This was incredibly frustrating as I had just purchased them and they were in perfect condition before I handed them to him.Overall, my experience with Thomas was completely unacceptable and I would like to see this matter addressed by the company and customers are aware. I hope that they will take the necessary steps to ensure that employees are trained to provide a respectful and professional service to the customers at all times.

Amazing service, especially the young Greek bloke went above and beyond to help.

Visited last weekend and all the staff are really diligent, friendly and hardworking! I would definitely come again.

Wasted journey. Was hounded like I was a shop lifter. Proper on my case. Only came to buy some jeans. The young woman had nothing better to do. Made me feel so uncomfortable. Went home disappointed. Didn't get to try on the jeans I was interested in to see if they fitted before I pay over £100. Will never come back to this shop again. Didn't want to buy online and be disappointed again. So thanks for that.
