Edited: September 2023Husband convinced me to try again recently and food was good and delivered within the hour. Will use again and hope for the same improved service!Used to love this place but not anymore. Waited over an hour and nothing. Website then told us the food had been delivered when it hadn't. When I called to check the guy said it would be 15 mins, our order was next to go out and he was just waiting for the driver. Fair enough. 30 mins later and still nothing. Called again and he said it was on the way. It finally arrived 15 mins later but the delivery driver was trying to deliver to the wrong house. Food was stone cold and nowhere near the quality it used to be. All in all a two hour wait for cold food. So disappointing.

They have a vegetarian section on the menu but the vegetarian products were cooked at the same time in the same oil as chicken. They also used the same tongs for the chicken that was cooking on the grill and uses them to flip the wrap for the vegetarian meal. The chicken wrap meal my partner had said was really tasty but not suitable for vegetarians unfortunately

First time trying this place, very good service. Can honestly say I wish I tried it sooner. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time also my mom had the lemon flavour chicken wrap which she absolutely loved. Will definitely order again!!

Moved back into the area in the last 9 months… I think on average been coming here 2-3 times a week! Food is incredible! The main part of my 5 star review is that every order has been consistent! If not better each time I go. Especially the chicken! Always moist and juicy. Nando’s need to take a leaf out of these guys’ book.! Wouldn’t recommend any other takeaway if you’re local to this place. The food is off the hook! Beware - once you try… you will not go anywhere else

The pizzas are normally decent this time wasn’t as good cheese tasted a bit weird on top of that ordered a side of fries only to be told they only do a ‘large’ fries and it’s not ‘large’ just standard and you get charged £3 for this jus to let you kno as they don’t make you aware.

Absolutely disgusting service, not only did the food take 2 hours to come but the young girl on the telephones attitude was appalling. Not only that she lied saying the order was out for delivery. After calling back 20 minutes later only to be told the order had been lost. This is not the first time this has happened, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The food has gone down hill from when it first opened and the girls are rude and have no customer service experience whatsoever. When it did eventually arrive the pizza was sloppy and undercooked and the chilli bites were stone cold. Just what you want after a long wait.I would not give any star rating but unfortunately had to to be able to post!!!
