I cannot explain how much my self confidence has improved. I have been doing personal training since the gym reopened and I can feel how much I have progressed. Friendly environment at a reasonable price.

I would definitely recommend these classes to anyone willing to either gain new skills or generally become fitter and more experienced , whether it's personal sessions or one to one training , this gym has some thing for everyone . Very friendly and welcoming environment. It has facilities available for young and older people allowing them to meet new friends and boost thier confidence , this promotes physical activity and helps maintain good health . above all , the coach is very encouraging and teaches from his heart

My son Adam has not been there since the pandemic, Mo is very professional, my son enjoyed martial arts and will be starting again in a week or so. Keep up the good work, as a mother I want my son to learn the skills to protect himself and be physically fit.

Great place to achieve your goals! The instructors are friendly and professional.They offer a great selection of fitness classes. I definitely recommend Mo’s Martial Arts Center as there is something for everyone.

Been going for over a year now, great training. You get more in an hours session than you would expect. Going from intense cardio, working on power to improving your boxing/ kickboxing technique, whether you are a beginner or experienced. Also offer personal great personal training. Recommend.
