Very positive experience with Natalie- communication was easy. very friendly and honest manner. She went out of her way to address some issues we had with the property when we had viewed it, and found solutions to the problems we had.

Despite us not actually using The Avenue, I wanted to leave a review to highlight the great service I received. After viewing a house marketed by them, I was put in touch with the agent local to me to discuss potentially listing our house with them. As we were already listed and getting viewings we didn't move forward. However, things dried up a bit and we were at risk of losing the dream house we'd found elsewhere so I reached back out to Natalie at The Avenue. She could not have been more helpful or understanding of our situation. She didn't try to sell me the dream, pressure me into signing up with them or anything along those lines. Instead, she gave me sound advice and reassurance, even some honest and constructive criticism. Although the chances of us signing up might've seemed slim, Natalie continued to help, advise and check in on how we were doing. We'd definitely consider using The Avenue to sell our home in the future because, despite the premium price they command, it's clear to see that they deliver a very premium service befitting of it.
