Fantastic experience, we had a lovely social worker, who was kind, considerate and very friendly. I would 100% recommend this agency and hopefully in the future we will adopt again. Using One Adoption. Thank you for all your support pre adoption and now the groups I attend with my little one the staff are supportive, helpful and friendly. Brilliant support pre and post adoption.

Not helpful at all they forced adopted my first born and then i loose my mum as a result of this and no response so i will be taken legal action

Terrible experience. Direct quote from our support worker “you would make excellent parents, just not adoptive parents… why not try IVF” made to feel inadequate throughout. Didn’t take the time to get to know us, as the young, professional, stable couple we are. Don’t give them the chance to break your heart.

Terrible. Made to feel like criminals throughout. Got our tribal name for our daughter wrong so unless we pay to change it by deed pole we're stuck with it.
