Had a nice meal last night, was a little disappointed as booked table in the 'secret garden' room, but didn't expect it to be enclosed within tarpe, so ruined the ambiance. I'm sure we could have asked to move. The food was very nice but did all come very quickly, we did want to order some more tapas, but then the staff disappeared, and by the time they did show we had 'passed' the urge, as we wanted some bread to dip up sauces and padron peppers, we'd forgot to order. Such a shame, although did notice very busy in the main room. Was all done within an hour. Hopefully we will try again another time.

literally one of the best tapas meals we have hadBeautiful food, full of flavour, great service and to top it all we went during Happy hour, 2 4 1 cocktailsIt was our first visit , most definitely not our last

Went on a leaving Do. We let the owner help us with our choices and ended up with sharing boards to start followed by several dishes that we just shared as well. All the food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect and we had a lovely time.

Food was below average. Felt like it wasn't cooked fresh to order. We had to ask the waitress several times for basic things like please can you take our order, can we see the dessert menu etc etcVery expensive for what you get. Would not recommend and will not visit again.

Chicken Sizzler, mushrooms And garlic bread Honestly I work away for a living and eat out every night but it’s up there with the best I’ve ever had, and probably the nicest for a long time anyway, it was just so perfectly cooked honestly hats off to the chef, Nice place too lads are sound it’s only me in here gone at 17:00 it’s in between sittings, so can’t comment on the atmosphere, but sat in a nice outdoor area it’s nice enough

Lilac Cottage Tapas & Wine Bar
We went to the lilac cottage for afternoon tapas but ended up having bottomless brunch with cocktails. Excellent value for money the food was great good service and nice atmosphere. Eating out on the back courtyard had a very nice Mediterranean feel to it. Thanks very much to everyone there.

Nice place for Tapas. Went Sunday Lunch and it was very quiet. Can imagine it’s great when full. Lovely staff.
