I was so glad that Fay could fit my request in before going on holiday. I had asked her to make a motorcycle-themed cake for my partner's 24th birthday in chocolate and biscoff flavour. I was delighted with the result and so were the guests! Very competitively priced, delicious cake. Thank you for making it! ❤

Fay made a beautiful cake for my mum's 80th birthday. It looked spectacular and tasted great. Way better than any supermarket cake, highly individual and at a good price Fay was lovely to deal with, making the cake as discussed and on time. Would highly recommend.

I’m so glad my sister recommended Fay’s Cake Boutique to me. I had no idea such a hidden gem was tucked away in Aberystwyth’s Market Hall.We had some quite particular requirements for our wedding cake. I cannot eat gluten, and my partner cannot eat dairy.Fay did not bat an eyelid at this (when other cake makers I approached said it would be difficult to accommodate) and went above and beyond to create a delicious gluten and dairy free, 3 tiered wedding cake. We had lemon, chocolate and coffee-biscoff flavored layers, covered in dairy-free butter cream (my favourite).Fay is incredibly competitively priced and communicated very efficiently with our florist to ensure the final look was exactly as desired.The guests could not believe the cake was GF & DF. They’re used to us buying GF cakes from the shop that are often on the dry side. It was none of these things, moist, spongy and full of flavour.Despite our wedding being in Chester, Fay went above and beyond to ensure we had a specialist sturdy box to transport the cake (at a small extra fee) 3 hours north.We’ve already made enquiries for a Christmas cake from her! Cannot recommend enough!

I ordered a dairy-free, chocolate fudge unicorn cake as a surprise for my sister and the cake we got was simply excellent. It was very pretty; very vibrant colour and nice design. The cake and icing (surprisingly!) were both very delicious too! Fay was very responsive and helpful; I just thought of getting my sister a cake 2 days before and Fay was the only one who accepted my short-notice order. The total price of the cake and delivery was very reasonable. Perhaps the most successful cake purchase I've ever made!

I asked Fay to create a cake for my son's 21st Birthday. I told her that he loved films and sent her his favourite films. Due to Covid, my son couldn't come home from university to celebrate. Fay saved the day. She made a beautiful cake and hand delivered it. Her communication was fantastic. A very talented cake maker. I can't rate her highly enough! Thank you Fay
