Not the most friendly and helpful experience. My dog had an accident and we were made to feel like we had done something wrong. In addition I found the product I was looking for was overpriced and 100% more than online retailers.

Being located a short distance from home I have used this place often for my dogs food, but despite selling great quality food and great friendly team here.. My dog is slowly not wanting the high meat content stuff so may have to downgrade slightly then upgrade when he gets bored of it...Overall as expected a nice outlet. And handy to be a second option if Qest Hove are out of stock.

This isn't our closest or most convenient choice of pet shop, but I've tried their competitors and am definitely now a regular customer.I'm a fussy shopper and only buy the best supplies for my pets, plus I get very good advice from the staff, often advice is offered up without me having to ask.I like the Shoreham branch because the staff are always friendly and very informed.
