Ahsan was really helpful and professional, he fixed the screen protector on my new phone quickly and with great care, all phone covers are great quality and there is a huge selection. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Only interested in getting more money out of the customer. Always offer the most expensive. Would not recommend go to the mobile shop next to Morrisons, better prices and more helpful!

Constantly had to chase up to find out when the phone was being returnedTo be fair, they had to send it away to get fixed as it was a “level 3” repair, but no effort was made to keep me informed.Repair taken about 3 weeks

Theyre good, well mannered, they changed my screen in no time and they let me know the amount for a class 3 motherboard problem im going back to them again to install it

O my goodness, the owner was so helpful & willing to go more than the extra mile. Due to restrictions with timings due to me travelling, the owner bent over backwards to help me out with my phone screen repair. I completely recommend Phone Clinic Loughton to anyone wishing to seek a repair.

Brilliant service. Highly Recommend using the Phone Clinic I needed to change all data, apps etc ., from old phone to new phone as I tried myself & messed it up! It did take 2 hours but well worth it !! Absolutely everything done perfectly. He gave me advice how to do & change certain things too. Don’t hesitate go get your phone sorted!

Both my partner & I have used this store several times now for phone repairs. I highly recommend this store. They fixed my broken screen on my pixel 6 promptly. My partner's iPhone was also fixed after being dropped. The service & quality of work is great, & their prices are significantly cheaper than other stores. This store is a great find.
