Being a customer for 2 years and I'm very happy about everything. Misha who is the agent who I dealt with for any issue occurred has always been responsive and helpful, finding always the best solution. The house is clean and modern. It's by far the best agency I've rented from in London.

I cannot stress enough how different these guys are from the other agents in the market.Jay was fantastic from start to finish, often going above and beyond.I don't think the deal would have went through had it not been for Jay's persistence and excellent communication to all parties.Do you yourself a favour and go to Gravity Estates and ask for Jay!

Appalling experience. Extremely unprofessional and misleading.They sent me the contract for review after the date we had agreed I would move in. I had some comments on the contract, questions and requests and suddenly the person I was dealing with - who turned out to be the manager - said I am difficult and that they had changed their minds and would not continue with the tenancy unless my brother (whom I had mentioned once in passing in our conversation) acted as my guarantor.His messages include: 'Considering all advise he has given to you, we will need to attach him and run references on him and you again' and 'almost everything you did - you ask your brother so let him be your guarantor. as because of him you are losing the flat now. fair.' I am an independent professional woman and had sent them the documents they required already. I refused of course and asked for my holding deposit back, to which he replied: I will give it back to you if you promise not to write a bad review online.Later that evening he got in touch to say we could go ahead if I submitted references to a third party for insurance and if I 'promise' to pay rent on time and that there will be 'no drama'. I was supposed to move in the next day, so I agreed to the insurance request. A different agent got in touch, and I said I would go ahead with this if I don't have to deal with the agent I spoke to earlier and described the level of unprofessionalism and bizarre misogyny that had taken place.The new agent told me that this had happened before and that I could be transferred to a different agent. He did not mention that the first agent was his boss and the manager of the whole agency, so I asked proceeded with the insurance process and asked my employer for a reference, with the guarantee that I wouldn't have to deal with that agent again, only to be told a week later that the unprofessional agent is in fact the manager and has decided I have to deal with him to go forward.They didn't get back despite the fact that I submitted all references I was asked for, and for weeks I followed up to no avail. Over a month later and after several emails, they returned my holding deposit.I am really appalled that this treatment is allowed to go unchecked, I would give it negative stars if that were possible. I strongly advise you to use another agency.All our communication was via text and email, so I have everything I am describing in writing.

After a long time of searching for an apartment, I got a viewing with Missha from Gravity estates and secured an apartment. He is very professional and he replies really fast. He is straightforward and very friendly and helpful.

I worked with Jay in the sale of my property & was extremely impressed with all his hard work. I particularly appreciated his exceptional communication through the sale, I felt involved & informed throughout. He was personally involved in every step of the process. In a very tough market, I felt in very trustworthy hands. Jay is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated. I would highly recommend Jay & the Gravity team.

We had a truly excellent viewing with Jay. He was very personable and came prepared with a print out of details of the property. He made sure to answer any questions we had. We had quite an excited toddler with this, and Jay took this in his stride in continuing to make us feel welcome - despite a disruptive influence.While the property wasn't right for us. I am confident in saying that it was the best viewing that we have had to date. This was because of Jay's focus on us as prospective buyers and very welcoming manner.

Very friendly staff, who were professional and didn’t feel like your average awful letting agents.Good communication, messages, videos confirming inventory and works carried out.We always felt like their staff were trying to do their best for us as a potential tenants, rather than solely working in the best interests of the landlord.Couldn’t rate Gravity Estates highly enough.

Very helpful agent Michael, a professional in his field. I had such circumstances that I urgently needed to find housing, fortunately I found an agent and on the same day he offered me housing that met my requirements. I am overly grateful. He is also very positive, I signed the contract and was satisfied. I recommend.

We initially put our house up for sale with Purple Bricks. Biggest mistake we could ever have made. We were looking for a place to buy at the same time. Came across Gravity Estate, they were selling a house we were interested in. My wife spoke to Jay and before you knew it Jay was booked to come and look at our house. He was amazing, me and my wife were happy to go ahead with Jay. The end result is, our house has been sold, we completed last week and are ready for the next chapter in our families life. I was a tenant of The Gravity Estates for about 6 years. During that time few minor complaints have been solved immediately.
