Outstanding customer service. The tyre on our Lincoln Navigator blew in France when on the way home. No huge tyres available in France. We rang ahead to Freeway and Chrissy was so helpful and ordered one in for our arrival (fingers crossed, driving on the spare). They checked the car over as a courtesy and fitted the tyre and we were on our way. Thank you so much, highly recommended.

Outstanding service! Engine light on with lack of power. Independently twice been diagnosed as broken/blocked Cat Converter. Freeway could have just replaced (Nearly £1000) but Liam diagnosed broken turbo actuator rod. Part unavailable, only whole turbo replacement!!...but left with them and Liam removed actuator body, got welded by a specialist and fitted all back together. Car as good as new and half the price of turbo or cat. Can't recommend highly enough.

They are always so helpful - just as attentive to someone with a battered old jalopy ( me ) as they would be to someone with a plush vehicle. It’s reassuring to be greeted by name, and to be kept informed in understandable terms about what’s going on with the car. I’m very lucky to live round the corner from Freeway.

BewareIf you are a lady taking a car into this garage they will try to do work that is not needed and also over charge you. I see other women have found the same. It is a shame they try to do this as it is a market that needs trust. Firstly parts were told needing changing for an mot that did not, and then a complete overcharge as an price to change them. The car went to another garage for an Mot and passed.

I took my car for a service here, was told I needed £1200 of work done on the car. Was very close to paying that but decided to get a second opinion, have had two garages look who disagreed fully with what Freeways said needed fixing, it was a simple £120 fix. I would never trust this garage again and have since heard others have had a similar experience.

Absolutely brilliant service, had a slow puncture in our motorhome, and despite it having had puncture repair foam put in, Darren sorted it out and repaired it, sufficient for us to continue our holiday until they could get us a new tyre. Very efficient too and great helpful staff
