I called Kevin on Friday afternoon to see if I could get an EPC for my rental property. I had been given a deadline by the lender and needed his help quickly. Kevin was polite, friendly and professional and booked me in for 9am Monday morning with the work completed and certificate emailed to me very efficiently.
