The food was nice but unfortunately the service was poor. We got our mains 1 hour after we arrived after reminding staff we still didn't have them. We had to ask a couple of times for cutlery and drinks. A glass of wine which didn't arrive, despite asking for it again,was still on the bill when we were paying. Bit of a shame as it's a nice spot with a good ambiance.

Part food order wrong, fish so over cooked the batter could have broken a tooth! Nothing done when mentioned to staff...Staff friendly otherwise, cocktails lovely. Prices good.

Food was amazing. Staff helpful and friendly. I was in for lunch with family so restaurant was quiet but had a good atmosphere. Will certainly be back.

The service was slow and seemed disorganised. Booking was for 8,had been told to be there for half 7 to order as food would be served at 8 sharp, yet we didn't get taken through until after half 8 with no communication about the delay. Once seated we were waiting nearly an hour before people took our food order (we had to grab someone, not them come to us). It took nearly another hour to get the actual food with no communication about the delay. Then to top it all we ordered drinks that just never turned up. It's a good place to go to be forgotten about.

Fantastic spot. Great food, great atmosphere, live music, and free bus ride home. Only small issue is a slightly better choice of red wine would be nice. Worth a visit.

Absolutely terrible. Terrible menu. They cancelled our booking. Said we were half an hour late. Terrible menu. Terrible service. Had to go to the bar for my own drinks. Starter came out with our mains. Chios came out mins after our nsin dishes were presented to the table. We had to ask fir our chips. Chios were very pale and clearly under cooked/ potato was hard. Very poor overr all.

Horrible experience for my sons holy communion meal recently . Booked for 6pm for 17 people, never got sitting down till almost 7pm. Following this the service was absolutely shocking with next to no attention to our large table. Another hour before we actually got food. Main courses brought down on top of our starter plates which hadnt been cleared. And one main forgotton about completly. When questioned about the service we were basically told by the floor 'manager' that we were the problem and had an attitude, (for asking for our table on time and about the slow service and missing meal lol. )Four of our party left early not even eating their mains they felt so insulted by the way we were spoken to.The food itself wasn't too bad when it eventually arrived but totally overshadowed by the shambolic service and rudeness of certain staff.
