Nicer Hair Salon

Shanny, the lady who owns this hairdressers is a very lovely lady and im not trying to drag down nobodys business or livelihood but I have to be honest here about my experience. I wasn't happy at all with what I thought I'd paid for. First of all I arrive for my appointment and She s doing someone else's hair then she goes on to do their eyebrows leaving me waiting over half an hour after my appointment time for my hair to be done and its not like you can walk out and go elsewhere because you pay a 50% deposit when booking that is non refundable. There's also a sign in the salon that says if you arrive more than 10 mins late for your appointment you won't be seen or get your money back but yet I was left waiting over half an hour.Secondly I needed a deep conditioning treatment for my hair as it was really dry so I decided to pay a bit extra for what she priced as the intensive" deep conditioner instead of the cheaper basic conditioner advertised. I felt like my hair was not washed properly it was slap dash and she didn't get the back of my head as she only seemed to concentrate on the top but stupidly I didn't want to make a fuss so never said nothing but I shouldn't have to because a hairdresser should know to wash the whole head not just the top.A standard conditioner was put in my hair at the basin and a mint smelling thing quickly sprayed on top it all felt very slap dash

I’ve been going to nicer hair salon for a few years now and it’s always been a good experience. The service is great, the appointments are on time and you get email confirmation of the price. Shanny always gives advice about hair types and what’s good for my hair. She is also very friendly and professional :)

Shanny helped me to transition  from relaxed to natural hair . She made  the process easier, giving good advice on how to care  for my  hair; without pushing  any particular company's product. She is very professional, loves what she is doing  and  this shows in the way she looks after her customers.

I have been going to the nicer hair a while. And I always come back because of great service and a lot of advice from Shanny. In the first time, she took the time to found out what was wrong with my hair, because my hair was damaged I chose to do the intensive deep conditioner, I did that treatment twice and really felt a lot difference.Since June I have been doing the avlon treatment. I am really in love with my hair. It is softer and stronger. I feel it healthier. And now I have a choice, whether I wish to have curly hair or straight.I really recommend nicer hair salon.

Shanny and Jay were amazing. I got my hair relaxed and a whole new fresh bob cut. I've never had my hair cut so short before but Shanny's done an amazing job. I would give her 10 stars if I could xx

Amazing service. Went today at short notice with a style previously cut by someone else that hadn't completely turned out right. The lady at nicer salon professionally explained what should of happened and how it will be shorter for the style to work, explained to me how short it would be before I decided. She did a great cut and I now have a beautiful styled cut. 100 percent recommend this salon.

Was my first time going to Nicer Hair Salon, the service was grate and I learnt alot about my hair as I been struggling with it for awhile. She recommended me to have a intensive treatment and could feel the difference after one treatment...i will definitely be going back again and i recommend nice hair Salon!!!.gets me excited to start over with my hair journey and look forward to see the growth process!!

Suprised mum with an intense steaming treatment and sister with a facial and I also had the same treatment as mum and a colour consultation.I could not have asked for better.The duo of Shanny and Jay was outstanding.Very affordable prices, excellent costumer service ( welcoming , tonnes of advice, cup of tea with biscuits) and accomodating (I requested a private session due to relegious purposes)Fantastic results, my hair (thick, long and afro hair) was so well nourished and soft. Very pleased.Will definitely came back and highly recommend.Family loved the suprise.

I had the Avlon Texture Release treatment at this salon and had such an amazing experience! The results were amazing and made my hair much more manageable and it has lasted over 2 months. My appointment for my second texture release is booked!! Shanny is amazing and the outcome is always excellent❤️
