Big Motoring World - West Malling

This is the second time I have had the misfortune of looking at a potential new car with this company!!!! From the get go it’s not an enjoyable experience from the very unhappy receptionist to the salesman who has less knowledge of cars than my elderly mother……the car we were looking at was filthy and covered with mould (I understand the cars get cleaned once purchased but surely there is an upkeep and making a car look more desirable to it’s potential new owner is paramount) as well as staff at least looking like they want to be there, then to get a PX offer which was so bad it was insulting….do yourselves a favour and find a car sales that want to sell you a car and present it in a sellable way…NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I visited Big motoring world today to look at getting a new car. I was seen by Matthew who immediately put me at ease about my outstanding finance. The amount of cars at this branch was outstanding and i was treated like royalty. I’m so grateful for all of the support from Matthew - the process was quick and easy, i actually drove home in my new car! Thank you so much :)

James M was amazing! Took his time with us, showing us every car we wanted to see! The whole way through the transaction he was attentive and definitely helpful! I could not recommend him enough!

Mark was amazing at helping me choose a new car. He explained everything so well in easy terms and made the whole experience enjoyable. He got me my dream car for the price I wanted and also managed to get extras added in for me like gap insurance which put my mind at ease. 100% would recommend big motoring world and definitely if Mark is there you will find the whole process so easy ! Great service today at your branch. We had the pleasure of the service from a young man called James M. He could not be more patient with us and my husband had a lot of questions! We had our little boy with us and made him feel comfortable too, he is only two! Very helpful. Nothing was too much bother, including looking at multiple cars and two test drives. After a bad experience at the Chatham branch, this branch had everything you could want and need to purchase a new motor.Fair pricesA great selection of carsFriendly staff (Joe in particular)Lovely milkshakes (my daughter informed me!)We were also impressed with the customer service, not too pushy but still managed to sell us the interior and exterior protection.We drove away very happy with our new car within a few hours of purchasing.

We had initially gone to Bluebell Hill but walked away as they didn’t sell the brand we wanted and so came to West Malling.We were warmly greeted and had everything explained nicely. We were left to explore all the cars at our own pace which we loved as we didn’t want to feel pressured as we looked.Once ready to speak with a sales person we were paired with Donny. He was lovely through the whole process, very friendly, professional and not over bearing like some sales people can be. He explained everything well and talked directly to me about everything rather than talking to my parents, making me feel valued. Donny explained everything clearly and thoroughly and made me feel at ease with the whole process.I am very happy with the experience I received at BMW West Malling and will be recommending to those looking to buy in the future.

It was a very nice place the kids definitely enjoyed it. It took a while to get the paperwork done, around 1.5H but it was a good place and we did not feel the waiting time.Alex was a very helpful guy and explained all the things very clearly and quickly. We found a few used cars online with Big Motoring World and we visited the office and our experience was really good.
