Both I and my wife were satisfied with the services offered by this dental office. The dentist was patient and calmly explained to us what he was going to do. And the staff is very kind. I would also mention the cleanliness of the cabinet. I recommend with confidence.keep it up!

The staff at the surgery are efficient and extremely helpful. The receptionist made a lot of effort to help resolve a delivery of a prescription for me. The dentist was very professional and explained the procedures clearly before starting treatment. I felt considered as an individual and would not hesitate in recommending this practice .

Excellent dentist who puts you at ease and is throughly professional. Whilst going to the dentist isn't pleasant it's a lot less stressful with Carmen.I can recommend this surgery.

Went to see Carmen the dentist today for an implant, I was greeted first by the lovely receptionist Nicole who put me at my ease, may I say how lovely the surgery is looking, Both Carmen and Cristian have put a lot of effort into modernising the surgery and it shows 10/10Carmen and Kathleen (nurse) were both very professional and caring they both looked after me as I was a feeling a tiny bit nervous, The procedure was quick and efficient, and there was definitely no pain whatsoever, so pleased,I highly recommend Paulton dental surgery to anyone.

As a new patient I couldn't of asked for such a kind warm welcome. So professional and a true representation of a great dental surgery . The dentist appointment was a step by step process which was broken down so that the patient can have a greater understanding of the work that may need or not need in the future. 10/10

The surgery have been excellent with my family. Particularly my son when he damaged his tooth and had to come back for treatment. He was very distressed but Carmen was extremely patient and calm. Thank you also to Rachel for helping him through. Highly recommend.

I had a pleasant experience at the clinic, the waiting time was short and both doctor and nurse were friendly, taking the time in explaining how the root canal procedure will take place. As it was a local anesthetic and I did not feel any pain. I also had a crown fitted and it looks natural and it's a perfect fit.
