It was a most difficult year (2020) for any business in terms of severe lockdown restrictions, and also for Gary's personal health which suddenly deteriorated to the degree of requiring almost immediate major surgery. Nevertheless, throughout all this awful trauma, Gary provided us with an exemplary, personally dedicated service in remodelling and refitting our kitchen and utility rooms to an extremely high standard. A visionary perfectionist in his workmanship, Gary strove to deliver his given promises to his utmost ability and with great success right through to the completion of our project. My wife and I really can't thank him or praise him highly enough.
