Absolutely appalled. Ordered delivery through Uber eats at 1:05pm, waited 2 whole hours for it arrive at 3:10pm and it was disgusting. My drink had been spilt all over my food, my pizza, my garlic bread & my pasta were all soaked with 7up. Not only that, it left me with no drink and my food was literally stone cold. It was inedible. Absolutely vile, cold and soggy - and the wait time made it even worse. Called up the store to complain and ask for a refund and all I got was “it’s not our fault, it’s the drivers” (Now that may be the case, but the drivers are staff to the restaurant not Uber eats itself, so that means that if something went wrong in travel, it’s also the restaurants fault) I am absolutely furious!! Especially for the fact they said the only thing they can do is “make a note of your name and give you something free next time you order” - which in my case I said I really never want to order from here ever again. I’m literally mortified they treat customers like this.

The staff is not well trained in how to brew a coffee, she over overheats the milk which made the coffee difficult to drink, to hold the cup and it tastes really bad. In the end, I had to bin it and decided never to visit this place again.

I had meal deal chicken and nduja. Not vfm. Food questionable, drink just carbonated water no taste. No contact number on receipt that I have kept, to raise issue with owners. On train travelling so unable to take food and drink back.

Portion sizes are great for the price, fast delivery, lovely service over the phone and called to make sure I had to allergies. Highly recommend. Didn’t know how to review it on Uber eats

Come here on my work break and I must say the food is delicious!The shop gets so packed and the lady works so hard to see to all of the customers when she’s working single-handedlyPeople that are complaining about delivery times are inconsiderate people.It’s worth the money and the wait have to give credit where it’s due will definitely be visiting again.

I'm in Wolverhampton for 2 days only and I came to drink a coffee twice. I just love the coffee and the atmosphere inside. The place is modern, perfect for instagram pictures and has very nice staff. A lady who was serving me remembered which coffee i've ordered the day before and she was so adorable.I will deffinitely come again when I will be in Wolverhampton.

Great local business with a tasteful range of pasta meals and salads. We actually visited at the very first days of opening last year, and quality of the meals had never fallen down. Always fresh, tantalizingly delicious, mouth-watering and inventive! My little boy enjoys waffles with chocolate, toffee and nut flavours.
