Really terrible service. Time waster. Unclear pricingI booked an appointment for 6pm got there about 15 mins early and the nail tech decided to tell me I was late? I clarified my booking time and they decided to tell me that they need to finish some people ahead of me (bearing in mind she was in the middle of a set when I arrived)They then did two other peoples nails before starting mine. I ended up waiting around 2 hours before my nails were started. They also don’t make their price list clear, all of the prices on the booking site say “from x amount” but it’s not clear what the price increments relate to or how much they are, I think he/she (idk) just expects everybody to guess how much their nails are going to be with next to no guidance. The tech was also eating food the entire time they were doing my nails which is extremely unsanitary.Located in what looks like the crawl space of a barber shop it’s not a pleasant place to get your nails done anyway. It’s more like a closet than a nail shop. My IKEA wardrobe is probably bigger than the working space.All in all I would never go back here. The service isn’t worth the price. The nail tech is inconsiderate and does not value anybody’s time but their own. I came all the way from Croydon because I had seen the techs work online but I was very disappointed with the set I got and the customer service.

I've been going to kmoore for about four years now and I must say everytime she does my nails, she goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure they look sexy. She listens to her clients needs and delivers EVERY SINGLE TIME, always a pleasure to get my nails done by her.
