Visited the Netherton site with my three kids and myself. Staff were super helpful and understanding that having 3 young children in tow was so refreshing. They had a little robot hunt to do and got a biscuit after which just sweetened the deal. Amazing service and lovely to be able to come locally. Thank you!

Absolutely excellent customer care from start to finish from booking the appointment, the thorough eye exam and the choosing of a new pair of glasses. As a nervous patient Safia put my mind at ease and explained everything. I cannot recommend this opticians highly enough.

Following a 'first time' visit via an appointment at short notice, for my Mum who was in quite a lot of discomfort with her eyes, I have now registered us both for eye care going forward. The service provided was outstanding, extremely professional and everything is explained in layman terms. I have never received such a thorough eye test and the technology used is state of the art. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice. Thank you.

This was my first visit to this Opticians & I couldn't find fault with anything.The service was excellent & the people there are very nice & professional. All my questions were answered in Layman's terms which was great for me as I'm relatively new to eye testing procedures. I was also seen very quickly. Perfect for anyone needing emergency appointments.All in all I would highly recommend this Opticians to anyone I know or anyone reading this & thinking about using this Opticians services

Visited for the first time with my son last week. Due to a bad experience in the past my son has not had eye drops in for almost 2 years as he wouldn’t let anyone do it.I can’t express how patient and amazing the staff were. My son was so upset and worked up but the lady on reception came in and was absolutely amazing in helping and assisting. My son soon calmed down and had his drops in. I could of cried, I was that happy.The optometrist was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly to me and we did not feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend and I can’t thank them enough for an amazing service that they gave me and my son! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First had contact with Valli for my daughter who was having migraines, really pleased with her eye test and customer care and service around selecting her glasses as a result I decided to move my eye care to Valli from a High Street chain. I’m pleased with my eye test I feel confident that my eye health has been throughly checked the process around varifocals was explained well and as a result I could make informed decisions. I look forward to seeing my new glasses.

Highly recommended. I found the experience of visiting this opticians first class. I had an eye problem and was given a next day appointment. The receptionist was so helpful. Irfan, the optometrist was very knowledgable, reassuring and thorough. I could not have had better care and will be returning as my regular opticians as well as recommending to friends and family. I called without an appointment today with some questions about my lenses and although Nadia was managing the reception area on her own, she was professional and unhurried. Her manner was exceptional in answering all of my queries in spite of the phone ringing and an obvious pile of paperwork she was working her way through when I arrived. Thank you Nadia!

I was referred for an emergency appointment by my doctor. After trying a couple of local opticians who couldn’t help I contacted Jenny at Netherton. She volunteered to contact other opticians for me and as a result I was seen quickly and had some grass removed from my eye.An excellent service!

I have been attending Souten & Agyemang Independent Optometrists for a number of years now and have always been impressed by the quality of service. The staff are fabulous, informative and easy to talk to. I highly recommend their services.The standard of precaution regarding the current climate was excellent. Everything felt safe, antibacterial hand sanitiser was available and other preventative measures were in motion.
