Absoloutly lovely staff and service is 5 star cant recommend this place enough i have been using them for years all my grandchildren have had their ears done here

I managed to get an appointment at the last minute. Very polite greeting on the telephone. Was seen very quickly when I arrived. Brilliant shampoo and the staff I had dealings with were very friendly. I was also extremely pleased with the way my hair was styled. Will definitely go again

The staff here are terrific! welcoming environment even when you have a last minute hair appointment. The standard of the hair dressers are impeccable. Professionals you can really trust to do a fantastic job. And the price isn't too expensive. Well worth your money!! ❤❤❤

Initially I wanted a perm and stumbled across this particular hair salon;I was genuinely impressed how beautiful the interior was! I booked an appointment which the staff helped with for my perm! I arrived and Vito and his staffs treated me super well with respect and as for the hair, it was amazing, Vito really knows what he is doing as he took time and gave in all his effort to make sure I was happy with my cut!I can’t thank enough how friendly Vito was and his staffs! They smashed it! 10/10I recommend to everyone and I will be going again! Regards R

I had an appointment to come in and have my hair styled for a wedding. Upon arriving at the salon I showed the hairdresser images of the type of look I was hoping to recreate. The hairdresser proceeded to emphasise the fact that the style I wanted could not be done, with no alternatives being offered. She then proceeded to faff about with my hair for an hour, tying it up and taking it down repeatedly, looking utterly unsure what she was doing. By the end of the traumatic event I just wanted to leave, so I said it was fine and got out of there ASAP. This was on the morning of the wedding and I had lost an hour, along with £35 of my money. I ended up returning home in absolute tears, just distraught from the entire experience. By some miracle I managed to sort myself out just in time to make it to the wedding however the whole day I felt distressed and anxious because of my hair.I tried numerous times to contact the salon to make a formal complaint but to no avail. They haven't responded to me at all so this platform was the only way for me to express my immense dissatisfaction with my first and last visit to this establishment.

Great salon! 5 stars! The people there are awesome, and they really know what they're doing. Got a haircut, and it turned out fantastic. The place is cozy, and they make you feel at home. Super happy with the service – definitely recommend!

The staff here are fantastic, always welcoming, even when you have a last minute hair appointment. They always listen to you and give valuable advice on hairstyle, colour and cut.I only had positive experience at Vito's and I am going there every 6-8 weeks for nearly two years now.The standard of the hair dressers are impeccable.I highly recommend.
