Called at 8.30am to get a callback for my mother..called again at 3pm to see how long it would be. Got told it'd been moved forward to the next day. Apparently they were fully booked even though I called as soon as they opened..they wear ineptitude like a badge of honour.

Great help from the receptionist (called Sana? Apologies if spelt wrong!!) who got my mothers meds ordered in quicker than other times! Morning call wait times can get little long but there are bare viruses and bugs going around so understandable.

Can NEVER get through to this surgery,It is awful..... You need a full two days sitting, pressing redial to actually speak to anyone ! Then you probably won't get an appointment anyway.The only good thing about this health centre is the Chemist - very helpful staff, always go out of their way to help

I foned the practice at 8.10am finally got through at 8.40am .. to be told there was no appointments left even tho I explained to the lady I had received a message from the Dr asking me to contact the surgery to discuss my blood results . I explained that to be told fone back tomorrow... I told the lady I was really worried that the Dr wanted to talk to me over my results .her reply sorry no appointments try tomorrow.. her attitude was disgusting .. I have had a few problems with this lady before .with her nasty attitude ..it makes the surgery look bad with people like her .

I have a cyst on my head that I first brought to the attention of a nurse over 2 years ago, told me to book an appointment for broad green hospital after waiting forever for an appointment it finally came only to be told by the specialist at Broad Green I should never have been sent there it could have been done at a surgery he filed a complaint himself to riverside Dr Jude. He also sent me a copy of what he had sent still no response I have supposedly had my name put on a list for a surgery to do the removal but when enquired where about on list am I after couple years no one can answer. No response from Dr Jude at all over the matter, Very poor service. Went for blood test told to call my surgery for results when doing so was on hold for one hour to then get a recording telling me there's a problem connecting call back as angry as I was after all that time can honestly say wasn't surprised.

Useless, my mother has asthma and its difficult to make apointments. its best to have an appointment to avoid going to hospital, its so obvious.

Thankfully I’m not a patient at Dr Jude’s practice, unfortunately the rest of my family are.My dad is 85 years old, he received a letter from the practice asking him to contact them before 10 am to arrange a phone consultation with a doctor regarding the results of recent blood tests. He rang at 8 am got through to receptionist at 8.35 am was told all the appointments were taken and to try again the next day, he asked what happens if appointments are all taken again, she said just keep trying or come in person at 8 am to ask the doctor to ring him back. Because of mobility problems he is unable to do this. He rang before 10 am as requested, I don’t understand why he couldn’t have been put on the call list for the next day. So if every time he rings and there’s no appointment available will he ever know what the doctor wanted to talk to him about. Complete shambles.

I've been down to have bloods done recently and was happy at how quickly I got my results back, unfortunately when the doctor rang me I was unable to answer my phone as I was driving. I called in to the surgery as you can never get an answer when ringing them to which I was told he would ring me back, days later I'm still waiting for the call I know doctors are very busy but there could be something seriously wrong and the time could make all the difference

Riverside centre houses 3 different GP practices and all their reviews of all three practices are mixed here.This review is specifically for Dr Jude’s practice - and I am near positive if these reviews were separated by practice, Dr Jude’s would be at 1 stars.This practice is awful, I have never known of something run so poorly they should be ashamed.The phone just rings out, I have been in the practice and rung the phone before now to see if they answer it - and they just let it ring out.I had a referral 2 years ago to Neurology (which I wasn't aware of so didn't chance it) the referral NEVER GOT DONE!I have been waiting for a referral to physio - WHICH NEVER GOT DONE.I am currently waiting 2 referrals and rung recently to chance them up - THEY HAD NOT BEEN DONE AS THEY HAD BEEN MISS PLACED.It is impossible to get an appointment, you must ring every morning at 8 am, and by the time you get through on the phone all the appointments are gone - they just tell you to ring back the next day - when the same thing happens again.When by some miracle you do get an appointment, it is not to see a DR it’s for a phone consultation with a Paramedic or nurse who assesses if you need to speak to a DR. If you get through this part, you then still don’t get an appointment, you get a phone call with a DR, who then accesses if you can come for an appointment! its horrific I have never known anything like it. It would be easier to fly to Rome and visit the Pope.Things never get resolved and illnesses just get worse because of this poorly run practice! The staff are always different and the only GP's you see are Locums.I am at my wits end with them and really don’t know what to do.It is worth stating I work in the health services and by all accounts this practice is awful. I don’t know how they are getting away with it! BRING BACK DR LUNT AND MARY!
