Natterjacks Vets, Poole

Very odd. I phoned up a few weeks ago as I was keen to register our new puppy before we collected him and find out if the stocked the versican jabs. I was told that they did, and they would be more than happy to register our puppy once we collected him.I called this week after collecting our puppy only to be told that they apparently don’t use versican and they aren’t registering new puppies at the moment anyway. Such a shame, as the way they spoke was very disappointing, wouldn’t trust them.

My boy Tyler Has been with Natterjacks Poole virtually of his life, he is my Support Dog. Like most of us he doesn't like to visit ( the canine doctor ) but tolerates it. He has seen a few members of Julian's Team, and I have nothing but Praise for Julian, Shelley and recently Meg for the time they spend looking after his needs to keep him healthy.A grateful thank you to Adam for the superb result on Tyler's Crucient Operation which has enable him to Get back to walking properly now .Thanks to you all including Becky Emma and all the Nurseing and reception Team on behalf of Myself and Tyler

When I took my Border Collie Harvey for a checkup they were very thorough. The staff are brilliant the most competent I have ever come across. Thank you Natterjacks.

All three of my girls go to Natterjacks, they are always very friendly and caring towards them, the practice is very welcoming and has plenty of space in reception so the animals have their own space. Previous vets I have had to cajole the girls to go in but here they trot in quite happily.

Listened to us, believed what I was explaining (previous vets did not) and helping us and Olaf to make sure he's the best he can be

Very impressed with the vets at Natterjacks. My dog gets nervous of strangers, but unlike other vets that he has seen before, rather than rushing to examine him, Meg gave him time to get to know her. As a result, even though he wasn’t feeling well, he soon relaxed and was happy for her to examine him.

Been using Natterjacks vets for 10 years. We now see Julian at Poole who is brilliant . I’m sure all the other vets at the practice are too . From the moment you make a call for an appointment the service and treatment is fantastic. Can’t recommend highly enough. 5 ⭐️
