The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

What an amazing branch of a great company. Stacey booked our vacation professionally and without fuss and saved us considerable money by giving us options. 100% recommend her and Hays travel and we will be going back to them in the future.

Booking was great no problem staff were friendly and a little knowledgeable.My only issue was the after sales.After a week in Miami with not great weather ( not there fault they obviously can’t predict that) I decided to stay in America for another week trying to organise this with them was a big waste of time and all i got was excuses that they were understaffed ( not my problem) so I lost my flight back had to organise my extra week myself and book a new flight.This left me feeling let down and disappointed also it didn’t make business sense to me on there part.Would I use them again probably not.
