Excellent hotel, very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great customer service, the staff was kind, very helpful and professional. Beautiful pool, kids friendly, fantastic gym. Wonderful ambience and alluring environment. Very convenient location. I absolutely enjoyed my one week vacation here. I'll certainly return again and again. They truly got everything right.

A pleasant, approximately 35min walk from Milton Keynes Central station. Helpful staff, was an issue with the first room as bedding had some mark on it (?bloodstained). Swiftly assigned a new room. Key access to room is frustrating and temperamental. Were given an accessible room as that was the only one available. Shower power was unfortunately extremely low and interior of the bathroom and bedroom slightly outdated. All in all, value for money and helpful staff.

I attended this hotel for a conference. The conference rooms were well located and of reasonable size. The buffet was good and plentiful and the drinks selection was good. The bar was well laid out but I found the price of the drinks excessive so had less than normal. The evening meal was good quality and the portion size adequate. Overall this hotel offers a good quality service but I believe that some of our guests had issues with bills and breakfast.

A great place to stay if you are driving to MK as it has a fantastic car park facility.The rooms are spacious and exactly what you need when staying over for work or pleasure.The food is very nice.My only disappointing part is that in the bar, when I stayed, they had no drinks in taps so it was bottle only

It is so understaffed. The staff are great but they have to run around to keep demand. I feel sorry for them. We turn up around 9.30am. No beans, no milk, no tea bags, no coffee, no glasses. Bread was empty of white bread but got topped up. Poached eggs took around 20 minutes.Again I feel sorry for the staff. Such a shame. Really puts me off being somewhere if they don't treat their staff with respect.

We had a good one night stay, for my birthday. There were some treats in the room to welcome us (as I had mentioned it was my birthday, when booking), which was lovely! Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were both good (my son especially enjoyed the pancake machine!) and we had the pool to ourselves for almost an hour on the Saturday morning, which was great too.

Novotel Milton Keynes
I stay at this hotel often as it has a gym and a pool. The staff are very friendly and the food is good compared to other hotel chains. The rooms are large but like the hotel a little tired. The beds are comfortable.
