Groom Armada

I can’t recommend Stephanie at the Groom Armada highly enough. My dog has only been with me a few months, and as a rescue street dog, this was his first groom ever. Stephanie was just fantastic with him! She took a lot of time making him comfortable, did not force anything and allowed me to stay with him throughout the grooming process. She is qualified, professional, a lovely lady, and most important of all, she cares about animals and her top priority is making sure whichever animal is on her grooming table is relaxed and not stressed. Very impressed-we will definitely be going back!

My husband took our beautiful Ragdoll cat, Louie, along to Stephanie to have his claws trimmed. He is groomed everyday at home and he loves having his coat combed and brushed. However, he hates us trying to cut his claws and refuses to let us do it by pulling his paws away and being extremely vocal!!We were at our wits end as local groomers were not interested in helping us.We are so lucky to have found Stephanie. She was so calm and gentle and let him have a little wander to satisfy his curiosity and investigate her lovely salon quietly, before she started work with him. As soon as she began to hold his paws, he relaxed and she completed all four paws with no fuss from him whatsoever.We have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who loves their cat and wants a wonderful groomer. From now on, Louie will be visiting Stephanie for his manicure and pedicure every five to six weeks.

Stephanie is absolutely amazing as a dog groomer. You can tell that she really loves dogs and my labradoodle Elsa really loves her. She has a fab set up, very calming and welcoming for dogs. Would highly recommend.

Stephanie has done an amazing job with my fawn pug Cookie. She sheds a lot and she is loosing all of her very thick winter coat. Stephanie got all of the extra fur out and even a week later the shedding is minimal. It makes a huge difference. Thank you!

Stephanie did an absolutely amazing job with our Ruby. I was worried about how she would manage as Ruby is such a scaredy cat but Stephanie was so sweet and patient with her and she looks so cute and most importantly is so much more comfortable in this hotter weather. Thank you so much, I'm sure we'll be back again next summer x

Stephanie provided such an amazing service I would not hesitate to recommend her. She managed to make my friend's severely matted Havanese so comfortable that she was like a new dog afterwards, and her advice on how the dog would be post grooming was invaluable.Can't rate her highly enough. Super friendly, excellent rapport with the dog and so so friendly. You'd be baking mad too not try her.

I took my parents Maine coone cat ‘Fluffy’ to Stephanie at Groom Armada as she was quite matted on her belly & looking rather disheveled. Stephanie bathed her, trimmed all knots out & clipped her claws & done a fantastic job, Fluffy was rather nervous as she had only been groomed once before but Stephanie put her completely at ease with her calming & gentle manner, Fluffy came home looking beautiful & really enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend Groom Armada to anyone who needs their pet grooming & ALL the COVID rules & regulations were strictly followed. Thank you Stephanie we will definitely be back.

This was the first time I have ever used a dog groomer before and from looking at the reviews I contacted Stephanie and talked through possible worries my foster dog may have about being groomed, as she was a rescued street dog and also has a hind leg disability. Stephanie was knowledgeable, empathetic and clearly very experienced so I felt confident she was right for Tilly.I dropped Tilly off this afternoon and the process was easy, safe and Stephanie was so welcoming, the grooming area looked amazing too. On collecting Tilly she looked wonderful, what a difference! She had a bath and brush and I was given great feedback from Stephanie. Tilly smells 10 times better and her coat is so soft and silky, Tilly must feel so much better for it too, thank you Stephanie for all your help.

I felt justified in my confidence of Stephanie's professionalism. Tess, our 14 year old Bedlington Terrier was in dire need of grooming, the result was a wonderful transformation, and we'll certainly visit regularly.In addition, Stephanie is easy to get along with,. Highly recommend
