A couple of weeks ago I bought a golf from Grayswood. Simons’s explanation of what I could expect, the ease of the test drive and customer service was exemplary. He explained everything about the car and informed me it would come with the service, a full MOT with no advisories, and if we spotted anything was wrong, he would fix it.I felt confident buying from Grayswood, and even though I had a couple of minor problems when I got home. Simon dealt with them brilliantly and I now have a car I feel proud to drive. I cannot recommend these guys enough

A very friendly, professional service from Simon.He made an offer on my car over the phone after receiving some photos and car info etc. He paid a deposit and came to collect the car with no problems.The money was transferred to my account before handover.Really straightforward and I had peace of mind throughout the process.Thank you Simon.

Simon called me after I placed an Internet advert for my VW Up, we quickly agreed a price for the car over the phone. He immediately sent me a deposit and came over a couple of days later and he paid the balance straight into my account and drove the car away after we had transferred ownership on the government website. Very pleasant transaction, no difficulties at all. Thank you very much guys. The best car selling experience I’ve ever had! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone selling their car.

I recently bought an Audi A1 TDi from this garage.I was dealt with by Simon, who was absolutely brilliant from the word go. He was so cheerful, enthusiastic and professional throughout. He arranged for some extras to be fitted for me, at a reasonable cost and also dealt with a few minor issues, which the garage paid for themselves.On collection, I was introduced to the director of the garage, which was a nice touch.The whole process was effortless and it was a pleasure to deal with Simon and the team. I have no hesitation in recommending them. The car, despite being quite an old one, is immaculate and lovely to drive. Many thanks, guys!
