I've had the most exceptional experience today at this salon. From the moment I got there, friendly service. Hospitality was wonderful. Complimentary refreshments were offered and the treatment I did was wonderful. The treatment room is quiet and relaxing. You don't feel compelled to chat. I had the microdermabrasion and believe me I saw results straight away!! I'll be returning to have the green peel which I've had somewhere else but I'll travel here to do it. This was such a lovely treat on my day off. I've already told a few people about my experience. You also get recommendations on how to look after your skin following the treatment and their not trying to sell you add-ons. I had my treatment with Aisha! Fantastic. Alot of times you see businesses on Instagram, you use the service and it doesn't live up to the hype. But Yemaya London is so much better in person. Like an oasis in the bustle of the city.Really happy to have found this company.

I did a course with YBL and it was worth every penny, it gave all it promised and more, clear, concise and in depth I left feeling confident and fully equipped to start my own Beauty business right away. All the staff were professional warm and friendly they make you feel very welcome. I recommend this course to everyone.

From the moment I had my first treatment, Yemaya has never failed to make me feel good. The staff are so friendly and easy to get along with, the treatments are amazing and the service is top quality! They really pay attention to your needs and really have your best interest at heart. I’ve lost count of how many treatments I’ve done and I won’t be stopping any time soon. The spa is so peaceful and beautiful, and I’m seeing really good results and progress from my treatments so far (Green peel face and body and laser). My skin has never looked so good, it’s brighter, more even toned and my hyperpigmentation is so much less visible thanks to the green peel. If you’re looking for a spa that pays attention and offers quality service - this place is number one. Thank you to all the ladies at the spa and also the ladies on the WhatsApp account who are always happy to help and answer my many questions. You guys are the best!

Brought my mum here for a facial for two, an amazing experience from start to finish. Definitely the prettiest spa I've been to, Aisha was so welcoming and friendly and offered us both drinks and snacks on entry. We both had micro cleanse facials from Aisha & Rakaya, and we left feeling very relaxed and well looked after with glowing skin! I will definitely be back to try more of their treatments. Thank you!

Unfortunately due to my recent experience here I won't be returning or recommending Yemaya to my clients.When I visited for a green peel, the service was warm and I was offered refreshments (they were Aldi snacks but whatever).Although the green peel did nothing for my hyperpigmentation, I decided to return for a different treatment based on how lovely the ladies were. I noticed the lady with the tattoos wasn't as pleasant but luckily my treatment was carried out by the manager that time.When I visited again recently for a facial, neck and back massage, I had the mean therapist with the tattos. She didn't return my smile or offer any chit-chat. She wasn't any warmer to the other ladies that came in as my service finished either tbh.I arrived a bit early for my treatment and was told to come back ontime, instead of being offered one of the two seats that were vacant ?? Um you do realise the spa is based in a rough part of Streatham!? With nothing to do in the area unless you like visiting uncle cafes.She didn't consult me about my skin type, if she did maybe I wouldn't of left with my skin feeling a little tight and dry :/The massage element was pleasant but awkward because like I said, she didn't make me feel welcome or comfortable - which is essential, especially during a service you're half undressed for. Towards the end of the facial, she carried out extractions that felt like were being done with her nails ?My treatment started 15 minutes late but still finished as scheduled. But they have a policy where if you're 5 minutes late, they can't see you ? Bizarre.I just had a rubbish time on my last visit, poor service, unpleasant experience during my treatment - that was cut short (i guess, thankfully?) It's not worth the premium price and the trip to s**ty streatham. I'd rather go to a central london spa with consistently excellent customer service and facilities incl a sauna and spa.

This is such a lovely, peaceful, not to mention professional environment. I am always greeted with love and warmth. Always such a smooth process, the ladies are great at making you feel at ease throughout the treatment. I always look forward to my appointments. Yémaya was recommended to me and I have not been disappointed. Keep shining Yémaya London!

What can I say… my facial was absolutely divine ! Leaving my skin soo flawless , I was getting compliments the following day despite my dark marks. This is going to be in my monthly routine now , my facial was done by a student and the technique she was taught by the spa was soo relaxing.My skin is glowing ! Just in time for my birthday.Thank you guys xx

Life changing! I’ve spent so much money on different brands trying to find the best products to better my skin. I never felt comfortable for someone to touch my face due to London clinic’s treatments being mostly knowledgeable on caucasian skin.It was my first time having green peel treatment and wow I’m speechless, the service was outstanding A class! I feel relief and super satisfied to see my skin glowing!Thank you Mariam for treating my Melanin, I’m booking again!

Nice pretty place. Came here for a facial. Very welcoming people! Highly recommend. On entry I was asked to wash my hands which I think it’s a good system in place which shows how much they’re well kept and clean.Aisha was amazing! Offered me complimentary drinks and snacks! I mean where else is going to be so generous like that?Anyways, I enjoyed my experience here and felt very welcome. Aisha also requested some products going forward which was very nice of her. Really appreciate it! Make sure you get your facial done here!Friendly staff!

Absolutely amazing spa, worth every penny! I’ve had 3 massages with Indra so far and each one was great and better than the last. She picks up on my tension spots and focused on them.The vibes are always good and all staff I’ve met have been so friendly and professional and made sure I was offered something to eat or drink from their complimentary menu. Definitely recommend!
