Recovered from Severn View services in my large company van by Chris Brown - friendly, quick, calm despite various challenges with getting long wheelbase van onto the lorry and off again at Hereford - then went beyond the call of duty and dropped me home as I couldn't get home at 1am!!Top service (:

Un professional over the phone. Called for recovery damaged car even more whilst recovering lost my only keys to the car never said sorry never got them never got any compensation. paid £460. £100 of that was to get it delivered to my house which was like 3 miles lost my car keys the only one I had. called them 3-4 times and all she said was oh I didn't loose them Il call the driver and ask him and call you back all 3-4 times same thing we call you back never called me back I'm down £460 and key's and even more damaged car.

Thank you to Victoria recovery all very hard working. Our family car broke down on the m4, Ashley came and looked an pointed the cause to our alternator. He offered to fix the problem for cash (£475) if we gave him time to go get the part as he has his own side business to which we politely declined as we could get it done cheaper elsewhere. But being an emergency you could understand the quote we were given. Didnt seem pleased about us refusing but he was still happy enough. We then got recovered by carl a couple hours later whom took us further up the m4/ m5 very cheerful gentleman who lightened the mood for us. Thank you again you were both fab.

I had a great experience with Victoria Recovery today. I made an enquiry regarding a difficult job involving a car with locked steering which needed taking to a main dealer. The two guys arrived within an hour, and had the car loaded and delivered in no time, both with a smile on their face. Thanks again, will definitely be using VR in the future.

Fantastic experience - after phoning the company, they advised someone would be out in the evening and would get them to call when they are on their way. Martyn was superb! Phoned when he was on his way, very professional and friendly and even gave a courtesy call to advise that my vehicle was at its destination. Brilliant service at a frustrating time.

Fantastic service from Victoria Recovery Ltd when I had a blow out on the M5. The AA put my job on to them and they were very busy but made sure someone was with me as quick as possible! I am very grateful to them for their assistance and can't rate them highly enough!! Thank you!!

Fumming, would never recommend Victoria recovery company. Arrived at 2.30am.Their recovery driver refused to reverse my van off my driveway as he was worried he would hit it and the said they would take the van to the dealership straight away yet at 12:45 the van is still in their compound. And they told the RAC to send out one of their patrols to sort it. Update my van didn’t get to the dealership until 10:30am Tuesday so 20 hours later and this was by RAC sending they patrol to get it. Even when I called up the woman did care

Martyn was the 4th attempt in 6 days to recover my car (Tesla with parking break stuck on). He was polite, knew exactly what needed doing and within 15 minutes my car was safely disappearing off round the corner on the back of his truck… what a guy!
