Billericay Self Storage

I cannot recommend Billericay Self Storage highly enough. Ed the owner always has time to discuss options and will always go the extra mile to be helpful. I've been using this facility for over 4 years and can honestly say that every member of staff is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. If you live in the Billericay area and you need storage, you won't do better than to give Billericay Self Storage a ring.

First time I have used this service, I was dealt with by a lovely lady called Kerry, she was so friendly and helpful, excellent customer service, I would definitely go there again. 1st class service, Thank you.

Terrible service. Discriminated for wanting the 8 week 50% rate after already having this with another company. This is not a professional way of dealing with a situation. As soon as they knew I was moving my stuff every 8 weeks to make use of the local intro rates (which is legitimate), they made excuses and after telling me they had availability, all of a sudden they had no availability (which I am sure they will respond with the ever changing real time availability). I had a friend call up to enquire if they had any units available and they did. I also phoned the next morning to book the room and everything was going fine until they heard my name, and then again, they said oh Ill have to get back to you and check availability" (again despite me having a friend check this AFTER the call) Lies. I would have respected them more if they told me the truth. You cant offer a service of 50% off for 8 weeks if actually it is conditional - but yet their conditions are not specified - this is discrimination. Firstly they suggested they were the cheapest within a 5 mile radius

I have used many self storage facilities in the past, but this is by far my best experience. Not only because of the price which is also an important factor in me writing this review but most importantly the customer service from Ed and his staff they are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers and its because of this they are hugely popular in the area. I always recommend Billericay Self Storage to all my associates, friends and family for a one stop shop for anything storage related such as moving house or offices and general storage. Thank you to Ed and your staff for your excellent service always.

I’ve been coming to this storage unit for a good 5 years plus and I can’t believe how friendly an helpful the staff are, always willing to help especially Kerry and Pam. I would highly recommend.

Can’t speak highly enough of this company.I have dealt with both Elliot & Kerry and both have treated me with kindness, patience, respect and understanding. I have had my stuff in storage for over a year now and what a fantastic service Billericay Self Storage offered. From the moment I moved in I felt welcomed with complimentary tea and coffee. I have not had a single problem. The access with your own code is brilliant, it saves time. The room I had was an upstairs spacious 50 SqFt room and the price is very competitive. It was cheaper than any other self storage site in the area and I have found over the years with other companies I always got a price increase every 3 months. Here it has stayed the same since after the discount period which was 8 weeks HALF PRICE. I would recommend Billericay Self Storage. A******

Very friendly & helpful. Good rates for similar storage units in the area with great access times. Even when we left, Ed (The owner/manager) was really helpful & actioned the refund ASAP. Would highly recommend.

From my first telephone call to the moving of my belongings into the storage units all the staff at the Billericay Self Storage were extremely helpful and very supportive. I was able to buy boxes, tape and bubble wrap from the office (which were so much cheaper than buying from elsewhere!!). The manager was very helpful and advised me on the size of the room which I needed. Very happy to see this new company taking off as it has been very much needed for years!! Well done Billericay Self Storage.
