Just bought a lovely car from this company, and they couldn't have made it any easier for me, they went above and beyond to ensure everything I needed was met, was totally blow away with the level of service they offer. Highly recommended. For all types of vehicle.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolutely the best customer service you could ask for when buying a car. Gary was so helpful from start to driving away! He was also very helpful with a problem I had with another company. Excellent garage. I 100% highly recommend.

We have used Rydon for repairs on 3 separate occasions when visiting the area and they have come up trumps each time (they even recommended another repairer when they couldn't assist in the timeframe - and the recommendation was good too)! The service was quick, friendly, well-priced and the work of very high quality. An excellent garage.

I cannot recommend Rydon's Car Sales & Service Center and Chris Harvey enough...An absolute first class service from start to finish.  Just purchased a Volvo V40, great vehicle at a good price, from Rydon's. Had a small engine issue which was addressed and dealt with by Chris and the macanic's at the workshop...The Volvo was collected, completed under warrenty without any issue or fuss and returned .  I cannot fault Chris and the team at Rydon's.Cheers John

After visiting this garage we were left speechless! We test drove an automatic car and liked it but were concerned about the gear change down and lack of service history. We were told not to worry about no service history documentation as the car would be serviced and MOT’d !!!!!!We asked the owner about the gears and were told “ don’t buy the car if you’re not happy, we will sell it to someone else, they sell like hot cakes”We only wanted a polite answer to a polite question! I left thinking if that’s the attitude before I part with my hard earned money what will the aftersales service be like! We then went to a proper dealership who answered our question regarding the gears and we bought a car from them.

Terrible service the lady’s that work there are a joke and sell cars with issues and laugh when your car has these issues I will never use these clowns again very angry ex customer

Talk about service!Thanks Rydon, was missing a service record from my records and trying to sell my car. Called up and they still had the records from 4 years ago. Popped over and they printed it out. Was a deal breaker with the buyer I had so thank you.That being said the car I had brought from them was one of the best I'd had till that point and we changed it to just get something newer. Was a great runner and when I got the said record above and forgotten that they actually done quite a bit of work prior to me picking it up and I remember now being quite looked after.Thanks for your help Rydon.

Rydon provided excellent customer service, I travelled all the way from London to get my car in June 2020. I had already given them a deposit without seeing the car in person only on face time so they are really trustworthy. They promised to return the deposit if I was not happy with the car. A lady called Anna was really helpful as was the owner. 5 stars! Slightly expensive than the rest of the market but they are still good.

I’d highly recommend, I bought a Range Rover Evoque a few months back, really friendly and professional team. I’ve had a few issues with the car since purchasing (no fault of the dealership) and they have been nothing but helpful and attentive going above and beyond.
