Do not deal with this company! They eventually turned up to do a survey and issued an invoice which I paid within a few days as no payment no report. Still waiting for it 6 weeks later. Poor communication office don't take ownership so customer left trying to solve the issues. Spoke to the main man and he said he would sort not heard from him either and unable to contact on the phone. Should I have to chase my report 10 - 15 times? Not impressed at all. Hopefully by posting this I may get some action.... don't hold much hope. Don't all these five star reviews look to good to be true?Over a month after writing this initial review I have had no contact from the company. Looks like they just rip you off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
