Completely ruined a very expensive leather jacket with a hefty dry cleaning bill, leather came back extremely damaged, colour gone, and extremely rough. Won't stop chasing me for the payment, but refuses to deal with my jacket being ruined.Avoid at all costs, they have no knowledge whatsoever of dealing with some of the brands and materials they claim to, extremely unprofessional and uncourteous staff.

I had a coat with a very stubborn stain and no other dry cleaner has been able to adequately sort it out for me. I contacted Nigel who took coat and returned it stain free and looking as good as new. Thank you so much to Nigel and the team. Highly recommended!!!

It's always such a pleasure to take my dry cleaning to this shop. Not only is the service first class, but the staff are a good laugh as well!! My clothes need to be pristine, and this is the perfect place to bring them. Also, the shop has a royal seal. What is good enough for the Queen, is good enough for me!!

When I have had an urgent request for a last minute meeting and need my suit the next day as long as I ring up earlier enough I can collect it and still get the same professional standard of work. Sent my Hermes silk scarf in for cleaning after being recommended by the Hermes store. Spoke to them over the phone and offered there postal service as I am in Somerset. I must say they have managed to remove stains that my normal dry cleaners couldn’t do. Absolutely fabulous.

Got our king sized duvet cleaned by them, as our dog was sick, and lil piddle marks on it. The duvet looks brand new! So worth £20. Thank you!

Do not use them for Max Mara coats. After cleaning my girlfriends camel coat called Manuela Iconic, the silky & wavey effect on the camel surface is completely gone and replaced by a dry & bushy finish. Coat lost its unique appeal.Really poor after sale service as well. They basically don’t care if you complain or not. After calling them, I was asked to pay £290 myself to send it to a professional verification agency to determine damage. It’s a joke.I was also told they could get rid of some wrinkles on the coat before sending it to them only to see that the wrinkles are still there and they refused to admit that they said they would take care of it, despite email proof.

Really top quality dry cleaning here. The pressing was particularly impressive. I’ve used various dry cleaners for my designer clothing over the years but this is right up there. Thanks!
