Shard End Dental Practice

I absolutely love this dentist the man is just the best, been going here for years and always felt at ease as he knows I'm a bit nervous, and the young girl on reception is really nice always trys her best to fit you in, well happy.

The best dentist in the area of castle Bromwich and shard end. Reception staff are wonderful and polite. Dentists give great advice and service.Could not wish for a better dental practice, I only wish I had joined them years ago before trying others in the area.The care of their patients is 10/10 cannot fault them. Keep up the great work.

Lady at reception was very helpfull. She managed to fit me in straightaway. Huge thanks to her. Even the dentist was highly professional. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely disgraceful!! My 9 year old son was in incredible pain and the dentist couldn't spare 5 minutes to see him. Reminded her of the 24 hour duty of care, but because he hadn't been in 18 months they have no obligation to see him. However every other dentist I spoke to aswell as NHS direct said that she should have seen him. This dentist is not the usual practicing dentist, who would have seen my son I'm sure. But unfortunately because of this I will not be going back there.

Had a tooth removed 23rd Feb 2021 initially phoned up to find out if they were taking new NHS patients the receptionist said they were really busy but took my details anyway just incase there was a cancellation within half hour they called back with an appointment for me when I arrived I waited at the door someone came to collect me and I went straight in, the dentist was polite freindly and professional they chatted to me and put me at ease and followed all covid guidelinesSam

Best dentist I've ever been to,very considerate friendly service and they know what they're doing, definitely 5 stars.

One of the most nicest dentist I've ever been to. Put me at ease, got me an appointment the next day and offered an excellent professional service. I cannot fault them. I'm so grateful. These guys come highly recommended.
