Liars and cheats from my experience they are more keen to support a outside agenda then support me.While I continue to pay them rent on my tenancy.But there are a few other places going or have been through the same.Even the receptionist thinks she’s entitled to something out of ths.But I’m sure she wouldn’t mind her husband kicking off for any reason .With All the discrepancies in this block.

Had an unexpected water leak in my flat, and traced it to a copper pipe above all of the electrical equipment in the meter cupboard.I made one call to Citizens emergency service, and within the hour the very friendly emergency plumber Geoff, was knocking on my door to replace the leaking pipe.So thank you for the speedy response and quality of workmanship.

Reported my front door issue in October still broken. Apparently my official complaint is with Phil who is now not returning my calls. Escalated to ombudsman now, don't be afraid to do this, the more that do it the more it costs so they will maybe then actually resolve complaints rather than close the repair and complaint and ignore us

17 weeks ago they removed our radiator to deal with a damp issue. Fully appreciate the damp has hopefully been sorted but still chasing to have Radiator put back on the wall.

In a word useless, if I could give them nil stars I would I live in Hillman House Coventry city centre I reported to them two weeks ago that water was pouring down the central stack system in the cupboard outside my landing they said they would send someone out to fix it that was on the Wednesday. On the Saturday could still hear water coming down in the cupboard so reported it again two men came out within an hour and I went up to the 12th floor issue was broken pipe in the cupboard which rakes out the waste bath water said they would fix it. Move on to today Tuesday April 19th over two weeks since first reported water still coming down repair not done correctly and black mould now in my bathroom cabinet, just reported this to them again and they told me they can’t send anybody out until Thursday what a joke of an organisation but they still took out £1;756.54 from my account last week for my so called maintenance charges, I will be sending them my bill once I get the repairs done to my bathroom for the damage that has been caused.

Very poor community relations. NEEDS HEALTH AND SAFETY ASSESSMENT. ACCIDENT RISK. Phoned on 3 occasions complaining about their contractors parking on the the pedestrianised section footpath/bicycle lane on upper spon street Coventry whilst works ongoing at meadow house. They said they would act but never did. The cars are blocking people including the cycle lane and are hindering disabled people passing safely. With affordable rent and overwhelming inflation I think Citizen housing is doing a great job however certainly there are areas where they need urgent room to improve , Housing officers can play a massive role via communication skills which is very unlikely to be happening , in my area alone there are 110 properties under just 1 housing officer apparently short staff based on the profits they make with affordable housing cost.

Very rude worker. Parked his van on are private drive so he could go into town. When he was told it was private, he just said it was none of my business what he was doing and refused to move it.
